I have to tell you, I was 100% pleased with my first visit to the service department(which is "a first") From the moment I drove up with my car, until the time I left with my complimentary rental it as an absolute delightful experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional - and these days that is extraordinary. Then I bought my camry, after my experience with the service department, and all the professionals I met along the way, I know I have made the right decision. I appreciate the customer service, the "my pleasure"'s instead of "no problem", and how quickly it was recognized as someone who was there for help. I am impressed with everyone at Fred Haas Toyota and I am looking forward to many happy years as a toyota owner.
