While many promises were made, and ultimately the job was completed in a marginally satisfactory manner, it took over a dozen calls and four months for my very small job to be completed. This is by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with - I spent an inordinate amount of time calling to follow up when they did not show, waiting for the sloppy worked to be re-done and then to top it all off, I got a collection call less then 4 days after the job was completed. I had to laugh. Stay clear of this company there are plenty of others to choose from.
