Frank's Pizza

We were there today 2/10/13. The food was great as always but the young waitress kept getting lost in the back reading the paper or texting. We had to wait to get more water and we also had to wait to pay our check since she was texting again. more

Frank's Pizza - I wanted a chicken parm hero and my husband wanted a chicken francese hero. They don't make chicken francese hero's - they make chicken francese, they make heros - I was finally told they would make one, but it would cost the same as the platter - they must be crazy to think that anyone would pay $16.50 for a hero - it would have been much less work and less expensive than the chicken parm with the melted mozzarella cheese that costs $8.50! more

I order pasta and meatballs. There was very little sauce in ths dish and that was a let down. The meatball was tasty. Next time I will make sure the right amount of sauce is added to the dish. more

I ordered regular pizza, it took them for over an hour to deliver. Pizza kind of cold but still tasty. I live around 2 miles from frank's pizza. more

i have been living in mill basin brooklyn my whole life and have never had franks till the other day. When the driver showed up i asked him how is franks? i live here my whole life and have never ordered. his response a little expensive but very good, and he was very right. as we all in ths area are used to cheap pricing from lenny and johns ad other local hey its worth the extra $ 2 bucks more

We have been going to franks for over 10 years and never have the same thing because EVERYTHING is delicious. The service is fantastic. If you're not happy with something, let them know and they will do what they need to do to make you happy. We have recently moved to NJ but still travel to brooklyn to have us some Franks. more

I am highly dissapointed in Franks. I ordered hot antipasto, which consisted of 2 little clams, one little stuff mushroom. One stuffed pepper and eggplant. The pepper was burnt underneath, and was stuck to the tin plate. Everything was stuffed with bread stuffing, which was very salty. Everything had the same taste. I paid 8 bucks for bread stuffing basically, due to the fact that everyting was burnt underneath and stuck. I also ordered a chicken roll. Burnt again, underneath and dry as can be. Then, I happened to come across violations on Frank's from Nov. 2007. Mice, not vermin proof, don't clean counters while preparing food. I will not eat there again. I spent close to $30 dollars and all I got was burnt, dry food and bread stuffing. more

Franks Pizza is a good experience, because the service is just so friendly and the pizza is outstanding, I always enjoy my time here and am actually excited to take some friends of mine visiting to this place! more

I had always heard many people talk about how great service and food is in Franks. When I tried pizza there for the first time, it was warm and delicious. My mouth is watering just from thinking about their pizza. The pizza is not too hot and perfectly cooked without any burnt spots. Don't look anywhere else for pizza, because you can't get better than the best pizza located in Frank's. more

pizza is ok here.. but the real prize is the chicken roll.. its only gonna run you about $5.50 for the best chicken roll around. i recommend this to anyone who is a fan of the popular chicken roll more

We loves Frank's Pizza because it's more than just a pizza shop. They have a nice sit-down restaurant where you can also order all kinds of Italian dishes. It's kid friendly too. Best of all, the food, especially the pizza is great. I have a son with disabilities that is a VERY picky eater, but when we go to Frank's, he eats 4 or 5 slices! We also get it to go over week. The waitresses are so nice and friendly, and really make you feel at home. more

Everything here is superb! Every time I'm in Brooklyn, Frank's is a MUST! Not only do they have fantastic pizza, they have the best veal parmigan hero anywhere! Everything is top notch and you're well aware that you're in a family establishment. more

I always have a sitdown meal at Frank's. The bread is toasted and warm Italian bread, and they always offer you more when you polish it off. The waitresses are very friendly and helpful. I love their tortellini carbonara -- the pork is thin sliced and crispy, and the tortellini is thick and tender at the same time. It sends my heart to heaven. I love this place! Here's another place that leaves you with plenty of tasty leftovers. :) The service is great, and the family environment is comfortable and laid-back, allowing you to enjoy your meal with lots of other non-intrusive, non-pretentious working class family people. Pros: great ambience, great waitstaff, superior italian food more
