Very fast service. Took about 20 minutes to arrive, Loaded my car onto thier flatbed, and towed me over to Luther Jaguar. Pleasent Surprise, that things could be so smooth. Thanks Guys more

This was my first time dealing with this STUPID Company and it will be the last. I will do my best to put this message out there and make sure that everyone will see it. May 25th my car was towed by that company and the person name was Josh. They were sent to by Nissan side-road assistance. So the car was towed and I was presented at the pick up but I wasn't at the drop off at the dealer in Wayzata, MN. The next morning I called to schedule an appointment for my car to get it fix and the dealer told me that I had to stop and leave the key in order to have something schedule. When I went there the service people told me they don't have my car. I had to make the phone call from the dealer to talk to the RUDEST ever woman on the phone with the horrible attitude like she is not getting paid by us for staying there. After she yield at us she assure us that the way they work they don't leave any papers for the car at the drop off. After all I was told that the car is there and they went further with scheduling my appointment. After all last night I went to pick up my car from the dealer and it had a huge crack on the front windshield. I went back right away and guess what - Sorry but service department is closed and no one can take care of that. When I looked inside the car there are fingerprints from Josh that push the car to go down the ramp and I guess this is when the crack was made. I called this morning and the STUPID OFFICE MANAGER at the towing company start yield at me that they don't break windows. Come on, give me a break! You can see the service person-Josh rusty fingers inside. So, People make sure NEVER EVER use these services. more

Dear complainers,\r you get all worked up when your car gets impounded and wanna talk down about frankies towing? Well, FYI they are one of the best towing companies around!! I had my car towed last week by a driver named Tony and he was very professional! My freind had a car towed recently by Richard and his car was impounded and he went up there and paid to get his car back and admitted he was parked in the wrong spot! Frankies is a very professional, outstanding and dedicated company! They go above and beyond the standards of cleanliness and look at there trucks! I would eat off there dash boards!! The bottom line is stop complaining and take responsibility for what you do!!! more

Like one reviewer said, these guys are the dirtballs of towing. They make their living in the sleaziest way possible -- getting in bed with local business and holding the property of others hostage. Why as a society do we allow this legalized form of auto theft. It's hard to understand why two private business' can unite and are allowed to hold the personal property of someone else and it's not criminal. I can really understand some people's anger and determination to do anything possible to retrieve their property. It should not be considered in anyway more criminal than the hostage takers and maybe by allowing this impounding process, we, as a society, are urging a bit of "old west" to come back. Frankie the bastard's price to return your car - $345. Only cash of course for Frankie and you can only retrieve your car between 9-5pm. I was visting our grandchildren one evening when I came out to go home my car was missing. I thought it was stolen, but when I told the police where I was parked they told me to check with Frankie's towing. And sure enough they had it. There are no signs saying you can't park where I was parked, but I was told by the police that I was on a private street. Frankie's closes early I couldn't get my car out until the next day for $295.00. I checked their web site and it said they take visa and discover. But when I got there the RUDE RETARDED WITCH behind the counter said cash only and pointed to a sign inside the office. So I now had to find an ATM. You would think they could have put that on their web site. But I guess that they are too stupid or just like to mess with people and piss you off more than you already are. more

A body shop recommended Frankies towing to me. I called, they got here in a reasonable amount of time, got my car out of the garage and up on the truck and knew the way to the dealership. Everything happened as it should. When you need roadside assistance, and are out of the use of your car, you feel vulnerable. Frankies was nice on the phone, prompt, the driver took nice care getting my car up on the truck, it was a nice ride at the expected cost of the tow. Thanks for helping me out. more

You know i sit here and read all these reviews and ive been in the buss. for 8 years and repoing for 4 almost 5 and its the same story everywhere you go you take someones cars (with permission) and they think you ripping them off but the bottom line is THE PLACE IS CLOSED OR YOU DONT BELONG THERE DONT PARK THERE it takes about 29 secs to hook a car in a autoloader now if you were at home in and had asigned parking places and you came home from a long day of work or play and found that and had to park on the other side of lot wouldnt you be mad and wanna teach the a lesson YES YOU WOULD everyone would were just human so do get mad at tow truck drivers or repoman cuz were doing are job and you messed up by parking where youe not suppose to or you didnt pay you car note we do what were hired for you may not like are industry but where you break down who do you call for a jump start,lockout,a tow to repair shop oh thats right a tow truck stop whining about and think before you do! As a manager of a large property management company, We have the opportunity of using Frankie's Towing for our parking problems.\r This is a service that we need and that few towing companies have been able to provide. they are prompt, in uniform and drive clean trucks.\r All I can say is Frankie's Towing is always there when we need them. I was parked in the back of a large and nearly empty suburban business parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. I was having a picnic in the nearby park when Fankie's towed and impounded my car. They were closed by the time I called them after getting the number off a confusing and poorly marked sign. I was informed that it would be 295 dollars to get my car back the next day. It was clear by what the man on the phone said that he or someone else had been watching me leave my car. He also mocked me and suggested I call the cops. I also tried to explain that I had left my house keys in the car and I had pets at home. He did offer to let me into the car for 50 extra dollars but continued to be dismissive. All in all a pretty bad experience from a typical towing company who charge way to much and take advantage of people when ever possible. more

I was at my girlfriends place to bring her kids some Dairy Queen my car was towed to their shop. The problem is the the lady on the phone was not only rude the price was outrageous. They charged $295 to get my car out. more
