This was my first time dealing with this STUPID Company and it will be the last. I will do my best to put this message out there and make sure that everyone will see it.
May 25th my car was towed by that company and the person name was Josh. They were sent to by Nissan side-road assistance. So the car was towed and I was presented at the pick up but I wasn't at the drop off at the dealer in Wayzata, MN. The next morning I called to schedule an appointment for my car to get it fix and the dealer told me that I had to stop and leave the key in order to have something schedule. When I went there the service people told me they don't have my car. I had to make the phone call from the dealer to talk to the RUDEST ever woman on the phone with the horrible attitude like she is not getting paid by us for staying there. After she yield at us she assure us that the way they work they don't leave any papers for the car at the drop off. After all I was told that the car is there and they went further with scheduling my appointment. After all last night I went to pick up my car from the dealer and it had a huge crack on the front windshield. I went back right away and guess what - Sorry but service department is closed and no one can take care of that. When I looked inside the car there are fingerprints from Josh that push the car to go down the ramp and I guess this is when the crack was made. I called this morning and the STUPID OFFICE MANAGER at the towing company start yield at me that they don't break windows. Come on, give me a break! You can see the service person-Josh rusty fingers inside.
So, People make sure NEVER EVER use these services.
