We had an easy time scheduling the service and were met by Brooke. She asked if we wanted the vehicle washed and vacuumed and we said yes. When we went to get into it after service I saw a lot of stuff still on the floor. Brought Brooke out to look at it and she agreed that it was not vacuumed properly. She said she would take care of it and I discovered she ended up doing it herself.
