I have been a Flowers, Flowers customer for over two years and have also attended their open house events a few times. I've been into the store at least a dozen times and have always been greeted by a friendly staff member who goes above and beyond to make sure I am able to find what I am looking for and to provide great service. On top of this, the store has the broadest (and cutest) inventory I have ever seen in a flower shop. It's like a boutique and flower shop rolled into one -- with only the best quality items and the prettiest flowers -- at awesome prices. I love this store!!! more

I ordered the Faith Hill collection. It was sent as promised and it got rave reviews! I live in Louisiana and asked a local Austionan and they recommended Flowers-Flowers Inc. more

For my mother's funeral, I wanted flowers that were as unique and special as she was. I didn't want to order through the funeral home so I went to the florist that she had always used. The women at Flowers Flowers Inc. knew my mother personally. They used fresh flowers that they knew were her favorites and would speak to the classy lady my mother was. Her casket tribute was like none other I've ever seen. A burst of spring garden with a hummingbird touch, they knew would have special meaning for us. I'm very grateful for their thoughtfulness and their attention to detail.\r I would not hesitate to use them for any of my floral needs. more

Dropped in to what I thought was just a flower shop...to pick up some birthday flowers for a friend. I just have to tell you what an outstanding job the ladies at Flowers Flowers Inc did on the arrangements for my son's wedding! They were so amazing that the photographer's picture (showcasing the bridal boka) was used as the cover of the Spring Bride publication. \r I had no worries the day of the wedding, knowing that these ladies were on the job!\r I would highly recommend Flowers Flowers Inc for any floral need! Not only are their flowers beautiful but you get great friendly service! more

I called up and ordered 3 floral arrangements over the phone based on a picture of the arrangement on the website. The flowers that came were much skimpier than the picture showed. Flowers Inc tried to say that was because I asked for the arrangement to go all around rather than just be one-sided, but that does not sufficiently explain the skimpiness. The picture had roses and a lot of flowers - the arrangement that came had no roses and a fewer number of flowers. more

I chose this florist to send my sister flowers for her birthday and had a horrible experience. I asked for an arrangement between $50-60, to please use gerber daisies and that I wanted something artistic, full and in a square vase. Yes, it was delivered later that day, but it was supremely disappointing. The ""artistic"" arrangement included 3 gerber daisies, some cheap looking greens, a handful of those lame small lilies and 2 small sunflowers. The vase was of the very standard, cylindrical variety. On top of that, Flowers Flowers charged me $77! When we called to see what could be done to fix this very disappointing situation, the owner of the shop was not willing to make any concessions and claimed to be proud of her product. Save your money! Save yourself from disappointment! Get your sister flowers elsewhere! more

I have been using Flowers Flowers for years for everything from personal flowers to events and weddings for my clients. Every time I have worked with them they have far surpassed my expectation. Just today, I forgot to pick something up for my receptionist's birthday, called over there, and it was here in HOURS!! Their arrangements are innovative yet classically beautiful, and the flowers are always top quality!! Pros: Service is among the best! Cons: are there cons to flowers? more
