I called up and ordered 3 floral arrangements over the phone based on a picture of the arrangement on the website. The flowers that came were much skimpier than the picture showed. Flowers Inc tried to say that was because I asked for the arrangement to go all around rather than just be one-sided, but that does not sufficiently explain the skimpiness. The picture had roses and a lot of flowers - the arrangement that came had no roses and a fewer number of flowers.
