We’ve been going to Flooring Discount Center even before they moved to their current location. In fact, we were some of the customers who encouraged them to move to a larger store. So, we’ve been customer of theirs for years.
Our experience used to be absolutely wonderful. However, this last experience was horrible and don’t think I would go back. We have a piece of carpeting in our vacation rental that had become frayed, which is not their fault. My husband went to the store to explain the problem and thought he had gotten an appointment to repair it. They were supposed to come on a given day and they never showed up.
My husband went back to the store, and the woman at the counter was very nonchalant and denied he had made an appointment. Since it is a vacation rental home, we needed the service on a Friday morning. She called back saying the appointment had to be switched in the afternoon, but this didn’t work because we had people coming over at that time. So, I called to cancel the appointment and the woman didn’t seem to care one way or another.
This was a horrible inconvenience, and I didn’t like her attitude. Their service used to be excellent. We’ve been customers for several years and have bought a lot of things. Their products are the same quality, I bet. But, this last experience it was surely not the same; they sure don’t seem to care.
