We went to Floorcraft to look for a new cooktop and we had to wait for the salesman for a half hour, since according to the front desk person there is only one person working in the department even though there are a bunch of people that work there that don't have anything else to do. We politely asked about information about a few brands we were interested in, and he was very inpatient with our questions and then promised us a price quote. He never returned and then we saw him talking to another customer who he probably knew, and we never got our price quote or even his acknowledgement that he even cared that we were still waiting for him. I guess only losers get to work at this crappy place, and I'm glad we found out how lousy their customer service was before we spent thousands of dollars there on a new cooktop. My advice is to don't even bother browsing there, plus we found out they don't even have a contract with Wolf appliances anymore even though they still advertise they do on their website. Also before we found out they lost their Wolf contract, all he said was that ""if you want information about Wolf products I cannot help you"" and did not even want to answer our questions about other brands we were also interested in. Floorcraft is awful, and will go out of business soon if they keep treating their customers so badly. If you wanted to be treated respectfully then DO NOT GO TO FLOORCRAFT, go to Expo or some other good stores.
