Review content:
We needed to match flooring to extend our laminate floors into a hallway. The salesperson looked at the sample we brought in and indicated that they had the same floor available. We ordered the flooring and the labor. Workers came and ripped up the existing flooring in order to match and extend the floor. After ripping out and destroying 5 pieces they realized the flooring wasn't the same and could not continue. Floorcraft didn't accept any responsibility and indicated could not help us. Their only solution was to refund our money. The salesperson should not have sold us the wrong flooring to begin with. We lived with a ripped up kitchen floor for 6 months. They did't agree to assist us or make restitution. Neverless to say, we will not be shopping at Floorcraft, they have difficulty taking responsibility for their projects. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH.
