My van was in there shop for 6 wks when I authorized them to start work I was advised 2wks max. and them I was advised that the parts are hard to get. 3wks more were do to ordering the wrong part and not checking it first and having to re-order it two (2) more times before have to refurberish the original part, all this time my insurance compay only paid for 30days rental so I call them to check on status and ask why the delays and now they have a new customer service rep. who stated that the delay was due to geting the wrong part so I request that they compansate me there offer is 1 wk car rental that was ok however I have not received it yet weeks after picking up the car. The car was never the same .. or safe so we traded. I feel that I may have to go to court to get the resolved .
