I bought tires from this location. I had to wait a long time for the installation and deal with rude and unprofessional staff. I had to go back to fix a flat. Since I was there I asked them to rotate the tires as that was part of the package when I bought the tires. I was told the tires are rotated. But they did not. I talked to the mechanic who pulled out the car and he told me, he had not rotated the tires. All the staff had to say was come some other time as we are real busy.
