Fire and Ice is a strange ordeal. It's a flat-rate buffet, but all of it is fresh and individually cooked (drinks are and extra expense). There are stir fry stations, salads, burgers, pastas, seafood...you name it. The idea is, you take a bowl, fill it up with whatever you want (ex. peppers, onions, chicken, pesto sauce, cucumbers, udon noodles, mushrooms) and bring it to one of the cooking locations. A chef will throw the contents of your bowl on a huge stovetop-in-the-round where you watch him cook it every step of the way. The burgers are cool...there's a bowl of raw meatballs that you pick up, choose whatever toppings and cheeses, and the chef will basically put a hot iron and flatted it out on the stove. It's one of the hugest burgers on the planet. Expensive, but worth it for an adventure.
