This "make your own meal" restaurant is noisy (in the best way) and fun when you go with a group. Definitely *not* a place to go for a quiet dinner when you want to talk intimately. That said, it's a great place for a group of co-workers or family when you want to do something other than sit there and order.
A variety of meats, veggies, and sauces are set out, salad bar style, for you to add to a small bowl. Your bowl is then handed to a grill cook who uses a hot griddle surface to cook everything together. My young nieces and nephews love this place because they can pick among their favorite foods and avoid the "yucky" ones.
When the resturant is crowded it can be quite a wait to get your food cooked, so that limits how many times you might be willing to refill your plate. A couple of times I've been there, in off hours, it's been almost empty so it was easy to return to the grill.
Definitely a place to try when you're up for something different.
