So far I have brought a total of two cars to Family Auto Service. The first, a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan was a train wreck. Bad suspension, bad struts and shocks, loose steering, bad wheel alignment, you name it. I had already spent upwards of $2000 at other shops, and it was still messed up. Steve and his crew did a very professional job, now steering and suspension is tighter than a drum. Give me the confidence to take the car on a 1500-mile road trip a day or two later. The second car, a 2005 Toyota Prius, needed only routine maintenance. I told them to do an oil change, new brakes and a tune-up. Turns out I didn't need a tune-up, although I did need air filters. Some other shops would missed this, and would have tried to sell me the unnecessary work. Family Auto doesn't do things that way. Need honest work done, look no further.
