Best

This was my 2nd time coming to this restaurant, but my first time to dinner. We went before a show at HP Pavilion, and we definitely will be coming...

Worst

The food was great but service was awful. I actually have one of those certificates from a website and as soon as the server saw that I have a certificate she made a face. The ser...

Not worth it. 6/15/2005

I got dragged out the other night to this place, I should have stayed home. I could have gone to the store for the booze, frozen the ice and mixed my own drink faster and better than what I received here. Don't get me wrong I felt extremely happy to part with my $12 for a margarita, I didn't need it anyway. Two words= Skip it. Pros: It's open, Decor is nice Cons: Over priced, To full of itself more

Fahrenheit is HOT!!! 6/12/2005

I went to Fahrenheit for my birthday with a group of about 20 people, each one more different than the next, and EVERYONE had a blast!! The DJ played a good mix, the drinks were great and the staff was a blast to be around. One of the owners hung out with us for a bit and one of the bartenders did an amazing fire show. All in all the whole vibe of this "Ultra-Lounge" is great, it's unlike anything else available to us in the South Bay and conveniently located downtown. The drinks are a bit pricey but they are worth every drop!! They use three types of infused vodkas and I don't even drink vodka but I had to have a martini!! Also, between the group of us we tried everything on the food menu and it was all good!! Bottom line... GET TO FAHRENHEIT!!! Pros: staff, drinks, music more

fahren-hype! 6/6/2005

I have never had more horrible service, completly ignored this place obviously does not realize they are in downtown san jose not santa row. If you do manage to get a drink from one of the many bartenders, who are pretending they dont see you, it is sure to be outrageously overpriced and underpoured! Realizing they are a new establishment I've given them a few chances to redeem themselves, and each time I became even more certain that this place is a failure. Apparently Im not the only one with this opinion, the place is always dead. I give them a year... Cons: bartenders, drinks, attitude more

Great New Place to Lounge 4/26/2005

Fahrenheit has a nice vibe- chic, modern decor, a diverse friendly crowd. The place was full, but not so busy that you couldn't get a drink in a timely manner, or find a banquette or other place to relax. The only downside was the drinks are a bit pricey, and the music kind of sucks- the d.j. doesn't transition well from one song to the next, and doesn't seem to have a good feel for what the crowd would like to hear. Other than that, this is a great new place to hang out! more
