December 28, 2011\r Dear Everdry, \r WOW !!\r We have never seen such a courteous and organized crew of workers! We just had a lot of work done on my mother?s house by SIX different contractors. NONE of them even came close to Toby and his crew! Not one of the guys from Everdry wasted one minute of the time they were here. They all worked together so well. They kept us informed of what they were doing and why. \r We were having a lot of ?buyer?s remorse? over the cost of this job. Then, the crew showed us all the water stuck in our walls causing peeling paint, mold, mildew and damage to the foundation itself. \r You have an excellent crew of men here. October 14, 2011\r To Whom It May Concern, \r Let it be known that Jason and his crew of workers did a magnificent job for us repairing the north wall of our home, applying support beams to the north and west wall of our basement and trenching the entire floor, inside and out to accommodate the new drainage system. \r They were prompt and on time every day; they brought all of the materials needed for that day and were not continually going off to get something they hadn?t brought with them. They paid attention to both the outside flower beds and the inside hallways and basement stairs so that there will be minimal cleanup and they ended each day sweeping, raking and clearing the driveway of debris from that day?s work so that there was very little interruption to our home activities. \r I realize that warranties are only as good as the company granting them. September 26, 2011\r \r We were very pleased with the crew from Everdry ? from Tracy who did our initial appointment through to the crew who ?fixed? our home. They were hardworking, thorough, professional and courteous. We were awed to see constant work and movement throughout the crew from Everdry. Unlike other people we have had contact with in various projects, they were in constant motion and showed professionalism rarely seen now-a-days. There are no doubts in our mind that the job they did was outstanding. We now have peace of mind that our basement will remain dry and that the value of our home has increased tremendously. Brad and his crew took special steps to not only ask if there were questions or concerns but repeatedly asked and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the job they were doing. Ridiculous business practices! 9/21/2011

We requested an estimate almost 5 years ago and their price was well over other bids. To this day we receive periodic calls from them saying they've reviewed our project with a manager and can offer us cost-savings. The annoying "better price" phone calls have reduced from 2/month now to every couple of months. Each time we've shared our thoughts ... told them our water issues have been resolved and asked to be removed from their follow-up list... but our most recent call was received this week. To Everdry.... this is five years later... we've asked kindly several times... please leave us alone. Also, you may want to check your 'do not call' business practices, I think you're out of compliance! I would not do business with a company who chooses not to offer their best, honest price up front. BBB also shows complaints in the advertising/marketing category - I bet I know why. more

After years of occasionally having to clean up water in our basement, we called Everdry Waterproofing. We scheduled an appointment for an evaluation and solution.\r We were very impressed with the evaluation and presentation from Tracy Jorgenson and signed up for the multi-step program.\r \r Ben Chalmers and his crew arrived as scheduled and started the job. Ben first explained, in detail, each step they would be doing outside and inside. He and his crew were very professional and polite as they proceeded to waterproof our basement. June 7, 2011\r The Everdry Waterproofing crew came to my home in Sheboygan on June 6th. I had met this company awhile back at the Sheboygan County Fair. After Mike came to my home and explained what they could do to fix my water problems in the basement, all the while drawing explanation drawings upside down, I knew this was the company for me! After three attempts to secure financing, they are finally here to do the work. Ben, the lead man, and his crew working on my house have been nothing but professional in their work and attitude. Ben explained again what he and his crew were here to do and any questions I had while they were working were answered right away in terms that made sense to a lay-person. \r The crew took steps to protect my carpet as they had to work in a constant drizzle while fixing the outside of the basement. The crew never complained about the rain once. They used plastic to protect my flooring as the crew carried all the concrete and debris out of the basem more

Our Job 6/10/2011

June 8, 2011\r During the initial estimate for our job, we were told that we may have to wait until August for the work to be done. We were more than pleasantly surprised when a field supervisor came to our home and told us the work could be started at the beginning of June. \r The crew that worked on our home was very professional and courteous. They arrived on time each day and began work immediately. I felt comfortable having the crew in our home while both my husband and I were at work. The foreman, Andy, was very approachable and met with me each morning to explain everything being done on both the inside and outside of the home. He also made sure that all of my questions were answered precisely and to my satisfaction. \r The crew was meticulous in putting plastic on everything in our basement to protect our belongings. Basement waterproofing 5/13/2011

I am really impressed with Everdry. Very professional workers. This house was in major repair and had plenty of water damage. I was on call because the foundation was cracked in several areas. Everdry came quickly and I did not have to wait on the list very long.\r Mike, the foreman of this job, kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Mike's crew was very thorough, knew exactly what needed to be done. As they were working, the crew and foreman came upon some challenging areas but they did not let this deter them from finishing the job. I am confident that my husband and I will not have further water in the basement. If we do,\r Everdry will be there in a moments notice to fix it. I also love the fact that Everdry offers a lifetime guaranty that there will be no more water in our basement. If there is, they will be right out to fix it.
