We requested an estimate almost 5 years ago and their price was well over other bids. To this day we receive periodic calls from them saying they've reviewed our project with a manager and can offer us cost-savings. The annoying "better price" phone calls have reduced from 2/month now to every couple of months. Each time we've shared our thoughts ... told them our water issues have been resolved and asked to be removed from their follow-up list... but our most recent call was received this week. To Everdry.... this is five years later... we've asked kindly several times... please leave us alone. Also, you may want to check your 'do not call' business practices, I think you're out of compliance! I would not do business with a company who chooses not to offer their best, honest price up front. BBB also shows complaints in the advertising/marketing category - I bet I know why.
