I would like to thank Pete and his crew for the great job they did on our basement. He was always available to explain all of the work while it was being completed. The Everdry crew I had on my project were very friendly and communicated what they were doing, and told me about the unforeseen issues that arose. They also came up with very equitable solutions. I observed them throughout the process. I had anticipated a very noisy work environment, but was pleasantly surprised that the noise was kept to a minimum, with the least amount of intrusion. Anthony and his crew at Everdry were very hard working, friendly, and polite. They worked carefully and tried to minimize the mess and heat loss caused by doing work during such awfully cold weather. The foreman & crew were energetic, highly professional, and concerned for customer anxiety. The work was explained in detail. Any questions that I had about the installation were answered. To Whom It May Concern 2/10/2014

During the week of September 23rd through the 27th, we had basement work performed by Everdry Waterproofing. Our basement was in need of structural reinforcements and waterproofing. Tony was the foreman in charge of our basement waterproofing. At the start of each day, Tony would meet with me to discuss the progress that had been made and share information about the projects that were soon to be completed. Tony was very thorough and took the time to explain each step in the process. Tony and his crew that worked on our basement were very professional throughout the entire process. Difficult tasks were completed within the established time perimeters and the areas most affected were cleaned within expectations. All of the work performed inside and outside of the house was completed with minimal interruption to the remainder of the house. My Review of Everdry 2/3/2014

The crew of Everdry that worked on my home arrived on time every day. They were respectful and courteous. When I asked a question they stopped, listened, and gave a satisfactory answer. They surrounded all of my boxes with plastic, but of course there was a lot of dust. They took off their dusty shoes before walking in our living area. They did a lot of hard work, lifting heavy concrete, gravel, and cement. While they were working, I had some errands to do, and I am glad I did not need to be home 100% of the time. Ben offered some good advice on how to make our basement livable again. They kept me informed about the progress of the job and when it would be completed. Ben even went the extra mile and signed a package that arrived for us. They did a good job of cleaning the basement and the yard afterward. Ed and his Everdry crew did work on my basement in December. They were careful to keep everything as clean as possible. The first day of work, the crew helped move things that I couldn't by myself. They covered everything with plastic, even laying plastic on the stairs to keep the snow off. I work the night shift, so one of the days I needed to give Ed the key so they could start working before I arrived. I had no concerns about entrusting my home to Everdry after meeting Ed. I know work of this type will be noisy, but they kept it to a minimum. I was even able to nap during the day. Ed kept me informed of progress the whole time. We had Everdry perform basement waterproofing at our home in August. They trenched in the lower bedroom and installed drain tile and a sump pump. They also trenched around the front side of the house. The crew worked hard, and was able to finish up in two days.
