The crew doing the work on our basement did a great job. Lee did a great job communicating everything with us. We had to work and could not be home most of the time, but any issues or reassurances we needed, Lee was quick to call and explain. The crew did a great job trying to keep any mess contained to the work area. They taped off the upstairs and used plywood to contain the dirt. They were courteous, and did a great job with clean up. Ben came out to the house on more than one occasion to introduce himself and check on the progress of the work. We appreciate the care that was shown to the neighbors and us. Everdry Impressed 11/25/2013

Brad the foreman, and his crew worked on waterproofing my basement in June. I was very impressed with the Everdry crew over the course of the two days of work. The entire crew was very courteous, and professional. While at my home they all worked very hard. I never saw any of them just sitting around. Great Work / Very Professional 11/22/2013

Everdry worked on my home in August, and I was very pleased with the work performed. The team was professional and courteous. They took time to cover all of our belongings with plastic, which I really appreciated. The foreman was patient and took time to answer all of my questions, and I had a lot! They worked through some extremely hot (95+ degree) days this week, and had a positive attitude the entire time. Having a dry basement was very important to me, and I am thankful they were able to provide that for me. I recommend Everdry to anyone that needs basement work. To whom it may concern,\r \r I found all workmen who worked on the project on my premises to be very polite and courteous. I found them to be very proficient in their work duties. They were always busy working on the project, and each individual knew what their responsibilities were, and completed them thoroughly and efficiently. If I had any questions or concerns, several of the workmen were more than happy to explain so I would not worry, and would also make sure I understood exactly what they were doing. Lee the supervisor, was a key individual with answering my questions. Thanks for a great job! 11/4/2013

I had Everdry work on my basement in September of this year. The crew arrived promptly at 7:30 am each day. John, the foreman, explained to me the process of the installation of the equipment. He did a great job at helping me understand the entire process. It took them only two days to complete my job, and I was very much surprised at all that was accomplished in that time frame. I have no doubt that I have made the right choice in hiring Everdry Waterproofing to take care of my basement. All is wonderful after year one!!! 10/24/2013

Last August, 2012 our basement was waterproofed and reinforced by Everdry Waterproofing. We are so happy with the results. Not a drop of water in the basement, and we are glad to report we now have a useable living space once again. We were able to remodel, putting in a dropped ceiling and may add walls in the future. If any potential customers would like to view the results, we would be willing to be accommodate anyone in need of reference. The work crew that did the repairs on my foundation and basement on August 29th & 30th of 2013 were professional in their conduct and demeanor. They were courteous when they engaged either me or my wife in conversation. John, who was the job foreman, was professional in his conduct as well. Pleased to have a dry basement! 7/31/2013

Ben and his crew kept busy, and despite some setbacks, they were able to finish the project on time. Ben was very aware of my concerns and did well to answer my questions. He did a good job putting some of my plans back in the ground, He kept us aware of the different steps throughout the process. Excellent on all aspects of the job! 7/30/2013

I would like to post a statement on the work your crew did on our house. The foreman, Ben and his crew did an excellent job. This was a large basement that required the men to be here for 6 days. There was additional work due to the unforeseen depth of the floor which required extra digging and carrying of dirt and concrete. In spite of this, there were no complaints from the men, and they carried out their responsibilities in a professional manner. They joked and bantered with each other, and obviously had a good working relationship with each other. Ben kept us informed of the tasks that needed to be done, and gave us a tour at the end of the day. The men were very thorough on the work both inside and outside the home. Ben and the other men were polite and respectful with us and each other. We were informed of the cleanup process, and what we could expect. The cleanup was excellent. Very Happy 7/29/2013

We contracted with Everdry Waterproofing in 2013 to address issues we were experiencing in our basement. The process we have gone through has been challenging and somewhat stressful on our family (i.e. moving all the things around in the basement to clear enough space adjacent to the outside wall for the work, going through items deciding if the items should stay or go, and a few temporary changes in family routine). The work crew that has been assigned to our project has been extremely courteous, helpful, polite, and are good workers. Andy, the foreman, has helped us through some of the stress we have by talking with us on what is happening, and what and why things are being done. He has kept us informed on what has been completed, what is currently going on, and what is to be expected with the rest of the project as well as a timeline for this work.
