I left this place with nothing I asked for. I left with small highlights that didn't show through my dark hair.I spent a good amount of money to look the exact same way I came in....

Overcharging and taken advantage of 8/13/2012

This salon does not have any integrity . I paid for extensions 1663.00 and they looked horrible like I had a mullet on my head I have pics to prove it a witnesses. I asked to take them off three days later . They ripped thhem off my head causing tons of pain and the. Threw all the hair away that was mine and never asked me if I wanted to keep it because they damaged it when they took the extensions off. They made 1663.00 in three days from me and I revived a terrible headache and no extensions. They did not show me pictures nor lic they new what they were doing. Don't trust them. Signed a cancer patient . more

Worst Salon Ever BAD BAD EXPERIENCE! 2/23/2012

I wish I never get the gift certificate into to my mailbox, I went there to get a hair cut and the root of my highlitghed hair, I came home like a Leopard, I paid $ 33 for a toner, and did not make any diference, went back to redone, even she makes worse, I cried and crie all the time I look at the mirror, my hair its breaking off falling out. I am so freaked out, I don't know what to do, I called there they did not care, awful costumer service, they want me to go over there again to spend my money. They mess with and does not want to fix. The hair stylist exchanged few words with me , her name is ACACIA. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND IF I COULD ADVICE YOU GUYS PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. REGRETTED FROM THE DAY I STEPED INTO THE SALON. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE! more

i would highly recommend this salon to everyone they are very hard working and very friendly at the same time. You get exactly what you ask. you are always in on time and out when you need to be. i would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a great job done on their hair and even for a relaxing time. this is a great place to go to. Pros: excellent atmosphere and great people to be around Cons: none more

Don is Amazing... 3/8/2011

The atmosphere is definitely a bit hectic, but Don Westbrook (the owner) did an excellent job with my hair, made me feel very comfortable, and listened to what I wanted. His assitant Rochelle could not have done a better job styling my hair. I loved it. I've been going to Elon salon for half a year, now, and have been very satisfied after every trip. I also recommend Amy Lamey. She is very easy to talk to and is sweet. The only thing I have a complaint about is the wait, which is usually about fifteen to twenty minutes after the appointed time. Other than that -- very much recommend this place. Pros: very educated, friendly Cons: fifteen minute wait, hectic more

Elon Salon is a very busy, but friendly place. Don, one of the owners, is a superior colorist and international coiffier. I have been a loyal client for over 10 years and always love my hair when I leave. * Pros: knowledgeable, records of procedures * Cons: too many assistants more

Fabulous! 3/3/2011

I have only had my hair colored twice ever and both times were at Elons. I love them. My most recent trip I went strawberry blonde and anyone who pays attention knows that reds are horrible to make look good. My strawberry blonde was amazing! The color was perfect and my cut was amazing! The colorist/stylist did exactly what I wanted! I love Elons and I dont trust anyone else to do my color. more

This is a very nice salon that is off of Piedmont Rd. and is very close to Barrett Pkwy and Town Center Mall. They have great customer service and do a really good job with your hair. The atmosphers is very nice. Will definetly go back. more

Best Salon 9/16/2010

I love going to Elon Salon. I have been going there for about a year and my hair always looks and feels great. Lisa does a great job on color and cut. I sometimes go in and am not sure what I want to do with my hair but she will recommend something and I am always happy with it. I won't go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Elon Salon. more

I lost a lot of my hair after my second child and I have to wear a partial hair piece. I have Elon Salon cut in my new hairpiece every time. She even did an updo for my wedding. Flonnie (owner) has always made me feel like everyone else more

Hair Salon that Pampers and Pleases 9/8/2010

My experiences with Elon Salon have all been positive and satisfying. My last hair cut and styling was done by Ray Brookshire who did a fabulous job with recommending a hairstyle, cutting my hair to perfection and getting me out and on to business very quickly. Elon pampers its clients and provides a comfortable and professional environment that makes you want to return again and again. more

Most horrible salon ever! 12/24/2008

They are absolutely horrible! Do not go there! The "stylist" Janice cut my hair so short that she actually gave me a mullet! It looks like someone closed his eyes, took a chunk from the back of my hair and chopped it off two inches away from my scalp. I called them back for another appointment to fix it. Dee Dee was horrible. She made me wait an hour. Then she attempted to fix my hair. She took literally 10 minutes and after that it looked exactly the same! They are the worst salon i've ever been to in my entire life!! Fantastic sams would have done a better job. I want my money back! Oh, also, they are extremely unfriendly and too expensive for their lack of skill. They are absolutley terrible! more
