I wish I never get the gift certificate into to my mailbox, I went there to get a hair cut and the root of my highlitghed hair, I came home like a Leopard, I paid $ 33 for a toner, and did not make any diference, went back to redone, even she makes worse, I cried and crie all the time I look at the mirror, my hair its breaking off falling out. I am so freaked out, I don't know what to do, I called there they did not care, awful costumer service, they want me to go over there again to spend my money. They mess with and does not want to fix. The hair stylist exchanged few words with me , her name is ACACIA.
NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND IF I COULD ADVICE YOU GUYS PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.
REGRETTED FROM THE DAY I STEPED INTO THE SALON.
