This tire place is decent, I bought 2 sets of tires over 3 years with this store, and im always looking for a deal, last time i bought a set of used tires for my toyota and got it...

Worst

Unfair for the qualified mechanics (Who are not the favorites) employed @ Elliott Tire & Services in Ballard. I went in not to long ago to get new tires... Ended up getting new ...

Friendly and Professional Service 6/23/2011

Everyone there is so helpful. I can trust that my car and I will always get top notch service. My car is always ready when they say it will be. They even go to the trouble of explaining WHY they're fixing what they're fixing. I really appreciate the friendly and professional service. more

Great service!! I took my Toyota in after another shop told me I needed a new front end that my suspension was shot, the car was all over the road. After about 15 minutes, the people at Elliott told me I needed two new tires and alignment on my car. That the front end did not need overhauled. After the two new tires were installed and aligned the car was back to it's normal self. Thanks for the honest service. more

I wanted to take this time and thank the staff and Crew of Elliot good year and tire, for the honesty and extremely prompt work. I wanted to personally thank Ben the manager for being extremely knowledgeable and honest, something that I feel is hard to find in the automotive world. I know I'm in good hands the few times my car has needed work. I will continue to see Ben and his friendly crew in the future and recommend anyone with car problems to do the same. more

I took my Audi in for new tires and alignment. They had my car done on time. They also pointed out that my rear shocks were bad. The dealer over looked it and told me I should take it back to them for free replacement under warranty. Thanks guys at Elliott for your Great service! more

After years of rip off service at Ravenna Motors, I took my 2000 Volvo to Elliott Tire. They always found the cause of problems and gave fair prices. Everyone I have dealt with there has been professional and friendly. more

The Crew at Elliott Tire are great people to deal with. I took my car in to the shop for a brake noise. They got it in and checked it out and told me that I needed new brake pads. But what Iliked most is they took me out to the shop and showed me and explained why. No other shop has ever done this for me. They also gave me a free lonar car to use wile they fixed the brakes. excellent customer service. Thanks again Lori more

They did a 90k service on my subaru for about a 3rd of the cost of what the dealer would have charged and provided a loaner car for the day . Great service. more

Saved my clunker 5/23/2011

I bought an old used civic from a neighbor but it came with many defects. I was considering junking it, but changed my mind after to talking to one of the guys at the shop. They recommended a tune up, and couple of other services (i.e. running diagnostic, oil change, etc) that were not that much but made a huge difference. The car is not great, but at least it is still running thanks to you guys! more
