I was there several months ago. Im a resturant manager and my feet are rough. This was the best pedicure I have ever had, well worth it. The staff was friendly and great. The tea they served was wonderful. I will be returning VERY soon. more

This was my third massage with Jackie. WIth this spa being expensive as it is, I can only visit about 2 times a year. Jackie remembers me every time and is the best at her job. She took time to discuss anything medical that I had going on, and picked out great aromatherepy that helped open up my nose and lungs. I splurged on myself and did the 80 minute Swedish Massage. It was completely worth it. The spa always gives you discounts to come back in the near future, so maybe for the holidays I can convince someone to get me another visit. My husband asked me if I would rather have my massage at Red Door or at the hotel we are visiting in a few weeks. I picked Red Door because of Jackie and her amazing ability to make my troublesome lower back feel better. I am hopeful to do the 80 minute hot stone massage next, which I am sure will be amazing as well. more

THIS SPA OFFERED ME A RELAXING AND SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE! EACH DEPARTMENT TREATED ME LIKE "QUEEN FOR THE DAY!" EVERY TECHNICIAN MADE ME BELIEVE I WAS THE ONLY GUEST IN THE SPA! I have been to the Red Door Spa three times. Every time has been a great experience. The staff is very nice and knowledgable, the facility is very clean and the services are great. Jackie has done my massages and she is wonderful! Penny has done the one manicure I have had and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about her field. I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and "get away from it all" more

Good experience at this spa. I went on two separate trips to use my gift for this spa, pedicure was wonderful and relaxing and then went back for massage. Massage was great and wish I would have selected a longer time. Recommend this spa to fellow Richmonders or if you're in the area. :) more

I recently went to this spa, and I LOVED IT. I started my day at 8:00 am and I enjoyed a relaxing massage, pedicure, facial, and shampoo, blow dry and style. The staff is very polite and accomindating. Best spa experience I have had in a while, I will definitely be back. more

It was my first experience at a Red Door Spa and I enjoyed it very much. The woman who was attending to me was very professional and pleasant. I feel like she did a great job. I would go back to this spa if I still lived in the area. more

I have a lot of medical issues and the other Spas I have tried in the Richmond area have left me in incredible pain after their massages. Red Door is expensive but I would rather have a massage every few months that really helps to heal my pain and relieve my stress than be limping! I have also treated myself to two facials there and felt like a pampered princess. the warm cream manicure is a fairly affordable treat. I did not care for the hairstylist I used on one occasion, but the facility not only arranged for my hair to be redone, but took the charge off my bill!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, and suggest that a gift card to their facility is an awesome present. more

they are very friendly. I was able to get in quickly. The only issue I have is that my hair looked great for @ a week, then the color washed out. I do have difficult hair to color so I would not place the blame on the hairsylist. more

I have been to a few different spas in the Virginia area and all of them where much better facitlies than Red Door. There was florescent lighting through my facial, The rooms where tiny and I felt like a number, Not an honored customer.I would never recommend this to any of my friends. more

Awesome place to feel pampered. I have been in spas all around the world and can say this one is high on my list as attentive and pampering. With the exception of the hair cut staff; all staff members are extremely professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I have had massage, facial, make-up, waxing and (1) hair cut at Red Door. All (w/ exception to haircut) will bring me back quite often. Some people say it is expensive, I say not hardly for the quality service, treatment and facility it is well priced. I am a mom of two, so being able to pamper myself is rare. I've been to spas in the Richmond area before, and I used to think I was getting the best, until I visited the Red Door at Short Pump mall for the first time. The atmosphere is beautiful and almost intimidating, but when I was greated by the front desk reps I felt more comfortable. I had a gift certificate for a facial and massage, and both were fantastic! Like I said, I thought I had been having the best, but this is my new spa I will frequently visit. I noticed they had a nail area too, so next time I am going for a manicure and I'm sure I'll be blown away by that, can't wait! Pros: The best of the best, customer service from the facialist and massage therapist and front desk people was all perfection! Cons: Since it is at a mall, the parking can be a little tricky, I reccomend getting to the mall 30min prior to your appointment time, finding a space can be hard more

I made the appointment online, it was so easy! When I arrived the setting of the spa was luxury wrapped in class, smothered in relaxation! I went for a massage, my regular massage therapist moved, and I was in the market for someone who could do as well or better. I decided to try the Signature Massage, since it is their signature, I thought it should be the best. I was more than pleased, the therapist was professional, neatly dressed and had the hands of an angel!! It was like she knew exactly where my problem areas were. Without me having to ask she worked them gently so I felt comfortable and relaxed. The massage wasn't a deep massage, but I will definately go back for my monthly deeper massages that I am used to getting. All of the employees were very helpful, professional and on time with smiles on their faces. I am so very impressed I wont need to try another spa in town! Pros: everyting, easy to book an appoitment, easy to find, quality service Cons: I can't afford it daily, but it is a new goal of mine. more
