Horriable experience 3/10/2014

When I call this dealer they always are too busy to assist me, however when i go there the employees are just sitting around or joking with one another. Not to mention the horrible attitudes that they have there is only one advisor that assist me properly. more

Service 3/6/2014

Oil & filter, anti-freeze change all done, as usual, promptly, efficiently, no leaks. Staff is personable, answer questions readily and truthfully. An auto dealer that we all wish for, and expect, but rarely get. Good job here, as always. more

New Tire 2/28/2014

Thanks to a pot hole I had to replace a tire on my new Azera. The service staff could not have been any more accommodating. Received a call when everything was ready in the time frame they promised. Very impressed! more

Customer Focused 2/20/2014

The employees are truly customer focused. They provide thou rough explanation of your vehicles service needs and they meet their timeline for completion of service. They need to improve their customer lounge waiting area it is almost as being in a Third World country. They also need to be more focused on their complimentary car wash as my car always comes back dripping wet and with no tire shine unless I specifically request it. more

Jim Sellig in the Service Department. 1/22/2014

I bought my 2006 Sonata here and have all maintenance done here as well. The Service Consultant, Jim Selig, is a diamond in the rough. Previous dealerships always find 5 things wrong that need to be done ASAP and cost at least $1500. With Jim, he tells you what really needs to done and the things that can wait. He Always makes me aware of this months deals and discounts. He takes his time to listen to what my car issues are and then fully explains what is actually going on with my car. Always calls me back promptly and follows up. I have recommended Jim to many of my friends. more

Don't go for service 1/9/2014

Had a great buying experience but service department not good. Terrible parking. Very crammed dealership. Dealer could not commit to work that they promised and had me waiting much longer than expected only to find they did Hal of the work! What dealer turns down work? Elgin Hyundai does. more
