this was 1st experience with Hyundai auto maintenance. We were lied to, bill claims I said I had heard certain noises, which I hadn't said, which lead to more repairs. Was told by Jorge that Accent's parts are crap and cannot handle after market tires, and that the tires were the cause of all the needed repairs. It would be nice if we had been told when buying the accent that it had substandard parts and they would need replacing if new tires were put on. Also, we were told to call Jorge at certain times, and when we called t those specific times we would find out that he had that day off. I don't understand why a clutch repair (and the other repairs they added on because of "tires") would take 6 days. I never had this much difficulty in communication and timeliness at either Honda or Toyota. more

This dealership is the best. they always take care of my car problem even when it it a weird one…Always polite and considerate. Easy to get an appt and they run on time. more

If it was any initial problems it was taking care in no time with no hesitation. service consultant i my opinion is the most important part of total service. and i have chance to deal with one of the best. more

Do not shop here. It is a rip off and as soon as you say you are not going to buy that day because you want to shop around they get rude and try to keep you there. How can their best deal suddenly be made unreasonably better? Yes you can lower my payment however you add two years onto my loan? Arturo took my drivers license and did not give it back on a sat so now i am out of id for the weekend until i can get back to this dealer. Ugh. more

We saw a Ford Mustang on Elgin Hyundai internet website listed for $12,995. Called and spoke to Johnathan Mendez and Travis Crull, who both confirmed the options and price of the car. Made an appointment with Johnathan to come in Saturday, September 10th to look over the vehicle and take it for a test drive. more

Dave, the salesman, was not your typical salesman. Very laid back, nice, informative, trusting (let my boyfriend and I test drive by ourselves), and just an all-around nice man.
