Previous dealerships always find 5 things wrong that need to be done ASAP and cost at least $1500. With Jim, he tells you what really needs to done and the things that can wait. He Always makes me aware of this months deals and discounts. He takes his time to listen to what my car issues are and then fully explains what is actually going on with my car. Always calls me back promptly and follows up. I have recommended Jim to many of my friends. more
