I recently moved out to the LA area and was in search of new dentist. I stumbled upon Elegant Smile via Yelp and based on the reviews, I figured I would give it a try.\r \r Dr. Nejat is wonderful!!! I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and he put me to ease. He isn't one of those quick look you over dentists and move on to the next patient, they really seem to strive for customer service. He took the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. He explained everything that was wrong with my teeth and the procedures that needed to be done and what the next step is. What I like most about Dr. Nejat, besides his bedside manner, is that he really understands in service and helping the customer out. He is very flexible is setting up payment schedules for you or finding ways to help you without charging you an arm and a leg and his office will work with your insurance provider so that everything that can be covered will, and not at your expense. Lastly, scheduling with him is painless, they work with your schedule and don't make you work with theirs!\r \r I would highly recommend Elegant Smile and Dr. Nejat. more

Dr Nejat is brilliant. Friendly, not interested in getting money out of you but giving you the best possible honest treatment. Highly recommend this dentist. All the staff are friendly too and most importantly the place is brand new and clean, not like other sketchy dentists i've been to. more

Great dental office! Dr. Nejat, Erica & the staff are so helpful and friendly. I've had horrible experiences in the past so I was skeptical in trying out this new office. But once I got my x-rays (which you can view in a flat screen tv in front of you) and Dr. Najat showed me a real live camera shot of all my teeth (which you can also view on the flat screen), I knew my experience would be great. I've never had a dentist show me the entire ins and outs of my teeth. And he explained everything I needed to get done which was obvious when he showed it to me. Not to mention, when I got work done (crown and fillings), I had no pain afterwards. This is the first time I had work done in my teeth where I wasn't in pain. Usually, my mouth would hurt for hours (since I have TMJ) and I'd have a pounding headache. But my experience so far has been great. I've gone twice and both times were pain free. I definitely recommend this office as they have been so good to me. more

Dr. Nejat and his staff are extremely professional and caring. I've been a patient for nearly 10 years and I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Nejat is so knowledgeable and his passion for dentistry is shared through the amazing care he provides to his patients. I moved away from the Westside some time ago and went through a few rough years of trialing several dentists in the South Bay. In the end, no other office could match Dr. Nejat and his team, so I now make the trek back to the Westside twice a year. It is out of my way, but I have a peace of mind knowing I'm receiving top notch care. more

Dr. Nejat is a pretty good dentist, but the business side of this practice made me walk away after about 3 years. Sadly, like most dentists, these guys are all about the money. If you shop around, you will find a better dentist for almost half the price. I'm very happy that I was forced to look for a replacement. more

I was totally blown away when Dr. Nejat charged our insurance without notifying us. Initially they told me they have approval for my deep cleaning about after the procedure I realized I have to fully pay all the costs. Even worst, we did charge my husband without doing any procedure on his tooth! We involved our insurance to investigate this fraud. Be careful before going to this dentist! Pros: nothing special about this office Cons: Bad customer service, think only about money more

He billed me and my insurance for procedures he never done! He filled my tooth and come out after one week. He fixed it charged me again $650. Big no no. I am going to file a Lawsuit against him. Cons: Greedy, Bad Service Quality, Irresponsive more

It had been years since I visited a dentist thanks to a horrific bad experience as a child. I initially came in to elegant smile dental on an emergency visit on a Saturday. It amazed me that this Dr. opened on a Saturday to take care of my dental emergency. Not only was he gentle and genuinely caring, he is very thorough and made me feel very comfortable before, during my visit. I came back on Monday to continue treatment and met his very nice and professional staff and I have to say they really pride themselves on 5 star customer service and it shows. I was so impressed and pleased with my visit that I am referring my mother to Dr.Nejat. He treated me like I was his own family member. I loved the office very clean high tech and e-mail savvy. I went to Elegant Smile dental for Zoom whitening. I had that procedure done 2 yrs ago at another dental office. Once I got the whitening done, my teeth were dazzling. I was extremely pleased and I never thought I could get my teeth that white. That has impacted my self confidence and I have found an excellent paying position in my field. I was so pleased that I also asked Dr. Nejat for Smile enhancement as I had heard about veneers. After sawing few cases that Dr. Nejat had done, I proceeded with the treatment and I have never been so happy. My veneers look so natural that it is very hard to be detected. I have gotten multiple compliments on my smile and I am static to have such a wonderful dentist. more
