Me and my wife went to Dream Cars, after a horrible experience at covert. The service was 100 times better at Dream Cars. Our salesman, Frank, listened to all of our story and made us feel very important the minute we sat down. We experienced a bit of a wait, from him going back and forth to the manager, but that is expected at a dealership. We did not buy the first night we were in, just weighing our otions. But Frank did an awesome job following up with us, that we guaranteed him we would be back with down payment. I made room for arrangements to go back out, and the car I wanted was still available. We were in and out in less than an hour. Great job FRANK!!! He genuinely took great care of us and we have already sent him his next customer. Like the ratings say RUN, DON'T WALK more

I just want to first say that I truly enjoyed my car buy experience with Dream Cars. Everyone was friendly and showed that they really wanted to build a friendship and not just a sale. I would like to personally thank Juan for being patient and understanding of my needs. I can truly say out of all the dealers I have worked with, these guys are truly caring for their customers needs. I walked in to Dream Cars with an Idea of the car that I wanted, I barely parked when I was greeted by one of their reps, her name was Meghan and she was a delight to work with, absolutely professional, courteous and helpful. I think I would buy another vehicle there and I would recommend them again definitely. I bought a Ford Escape by the way, with everything I needed and nothing I did not, and I was not pressured into a thing...I think that's important, because if they did I would not have returned. Thanks Meghan! I would advocate going to their website and/or visiting their lot, it will be worth the time me thinks. more

I went into Dream Cars Credit not knowing if I would get a deal I could work with or not but I needed a car so I gave it a shot. I found the car I wanted by checking out the vehicles available online. I called and made my appointment. When I got there I was greeted and helped promptly. Juan was my saleman and he was awesome! We took the car for a drive then came back to the office and made the deal. No hassel, no pressure! Then I went in to seal the deal with the finance person. Santana was just as awesome! He explained every thing to me and did not try to pressure me into buying something I did not need or could not more

My husband and I had been putting off buying a new car for at least a year because we really didn't feel that we could afford it, and knew we didn't have big money for a down payment. However, when our '99 van finally started to limp on it's final wheels we knew we just weren't going to have any other choice. more

Always ask for Brandon Copeland, I have bought many cars in my life and I always feel uncomfortable... But for the first time this was not the case, Brandon treated me with respect. He was very patient and knowledgeable and there was no pressure whatsoever. I recommended him to all my friends and will definitely buy my next car from him. more

I drove all the way from austin to cedar park for a scheduled assessment on my car. They didnt even look at my car and the guy comes back with a smerk on his face and offers me 300 dollars for my car. the trade-in value on my car alone is worth 1500-2000 dollars alone. I said, 'are you kidding?' He said no. And i said thank you and walked out. They are stingy. Yeah they are good with people with bad credit thats because they can get the money of you. In my opinion they are just a bunch of cons. I have good credit by the way. I just dont appreciate greedy companies like dream cars credit. more

First let me start by saying I have read all the negative comments on here, and cannot believe any of them. My husband and I were in late yesterday to ""look"" at cars. We knew our credit wasn't the best but figured we would give it a shot. Frank, greeted us at our car and made us feel very comfortable from the get go. We were a little skeptical because they were in a spot where a not so good dealer had previously been, but after seeing their inventory and talking with Frank we knew this was a very professional place. We put all our info out to him in the beginning and he assured us that he could help us out. Long story short, we left with our new mini van and very happy. We also feel we made a new friend in Frank and are super comfortable with him. All the managers and Frank stayed late to help us see our completion to the end, and I think that is shows great customer service. I will be buying from them again. more

This is to warn everyone about the lies and how (regardless of what they tell you) the people at Dream Cars are not concerned about anything than how much money they can scam people out of. We were contacted by Angie (not even sure how she got our names) and were told that she had us approved for a vehicle and when could we come in to talk with her about it. My husband emphasized to her that we did not have any money to put down, and our credit would be an issue - Angie told him that did not matter they would be able to work with us on that and the most important thing was to find a vechicle that we like and could afford. I personally called Angie back and asked how she new we were approved because we had not sent anything to them - and she told me that everyone has a guranteed approval its just that we would need to bring proof of income and where we live to find out exactly how much we would be approved for. I again told her that we did not have any money down and if that was going to be an issue please tell me now because I am currently going through chemotherapy and did not feel like coming in only to find out that we would need a large down payment or would not be approved. Angie informed me ""down payments are secondary to us, the most important thing is getting you in a vehicle. So we fell for the bull and went in - and first Angie (who we thought was going to be our sales person) is just someone who sits behind the scene calling unsuspecting people like us and buttering them up with lies to get them to come in. We went in and meet with Frank - we again told him everything we had told Angie - and of course after we filled out credit application Frank came back to tell us that yes were approved, however we would need to put a down payment in the amount of $1500.00. We were furious - exactly what we told them we did not want to happened, just did. We walked out without any further discussion. Save yourself the time and do not do business with these scam artists. more

Me and my husband had been eyeing the car of my liking. We had been to several places shopping and comparing,and still had a few more left. However, we arrived at Dream Cars and were blown away with the atmosphere and quality of the vehicles. Our sales person, Frank Cruz was the absolute kindest. his customer service was the BEST I have ver experienced in the car shopping. And I have bought many cars in all my years :) He was very professional, and very helpful. They did not have the typical 4 hour process at Dream Cars and it was a blessing. We were in and out in just over an hour. That was great. Nice facilities, and clean environment. If your looking to buy, you have to experience Dream Cars. You wont be disappointed. more

I went in very sceptical. I knew my credit wasnt the best but the initial phone call made me feel as if I had a chance with them. I arrived to be treated very well. Frank, my salesperson, was very very professional and always kept a smile on his face. He assured me that there were many options, and I just followed his lead from there. I was laid off unexpectedly last year and unemployed for 10 months, so obviously my credit took a hard hit during that time. I heard that Dream Cars Credit could work with me, even with my current credit situation. I even have a truck to trade in (worth more than I owe on it fortunately), but after the application process, they called and said because of WHERE I lived (an hour west of Austin), they couldn't approve financing??? What about the San Antonio buyers who drove up to Austin to buy? Today's world is much smaller with digital transactions, online transactions, etc., so ""not living in Austin"" doesn't wash. If you can't work with my credit, just say so. I know I still have a lot of work to do to recover what I've lost, but don't advertise ""Guaranteed Credit Approval"" if you really can't. more

Having been stationed in Iraq for nearly a year, my tour of duty was coming to an end and I wanted to make sure that I had a vehicle to come home to. After lengthy research, I found the car I wanted and the only way to get it was through Dream Cars Credit. I had never dealt with them before, but the other reviews led me to believe I was in good hands. Buying a car over the internet half a world away wasn't something the crew at Dream Cars really specialized in, but they bent over backwards to make it happen. Within 48 hours time, I'd had the car inspected by a friend, and the full amount was mailed via cashiers check from my bank. Upon my return, my car will be waiting for me at their lot and it's all thanks to Carlos and his hard working crew. I doubt any other company would have been as accommodating. As someone who is a firm believer in the death of customer service, Carlos's team has lead me to believe otherwise. I still can't believe how easy the whole process was made, given the circumstances. Go with Dream Cars Credit and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. more

Our experience at dream cars was wonderful. Carlos was very persistant when it came to handling the deal. Our dealet was very honest and open. I took my time to read a review that was totally opposite of what i experienced. We were given rates which we could handle. So big ups to dream cars for giving my family what they wanted! more

Just recently brought my first car from Dream Cars and it was a great experiance. Everybody was very nice and helpful. 2008 Chevy Impala. Derrick was a great sale person and he went the extra mile to help me. David Richards the general manager made it where my payments was very affordable. I would come back to Dream Cars and refer others to Derrick. more

I saw my ""dream car"" on the internet, and drove to Austin to take a look. Sure enough, it was everything I wanted. Bought the car that same day. Carlos and everyone at Dream Cars made it very easy to do business with. Just wish I would have been given 2 sets of keys and at least one working fob. The fob that was given to me ended up being broken, so $$ later, I purchased one from a dealer in San Antonio. more
