I spent most of my day trying to ""figure out"" some numbers and when I finally decided on which vehicle to purchase, they came back with a price that was $2,100 more than what is advertised as the ""internet price"" they claimed that it was the finance company that is raising the price because of extra taxes and fee's. Which doesn't make sense because the car dealership is the one selling the vehicle! And the finance company is just financing for what the dealership is telling them the price is. They also claimed that I would received a free 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty and gap insurance but on the purchase order I was going to get charged over $2,000 for both. \r \r DO NOT buy ANY vehicles from this dealership... They will attempt to screw you over if you are not careful... more

A friend of mine told me recently about her trip to Dream Cars. She told me that I should look into it (seeing that I was wanting a new car). I went over there and was greeted by Leo. He was so patient and understanding with me. He was able to answer all of my questions. He even made a few recommendations for me. I still haven't decided yet but I know that after getting quality service feom Leo at Dream Cars, I will be able to find the eight car to fit my needs. more

Francisco (Paco) was a tremendous help in buying my car. I found the best deal around Austin. I researched for months what I wanted and no one could beat the deal. The atmosphere was friendly and positive. I enjoyed my experience here and will recommend Francisco to any of my friends buying a car. Also, I got a great deal! more

Just another motley group of misfits trying to sell you a car. Deceptive and deceitful. We wasted a whole morning driving out there to a supposed appointment to get our car appraised for trade-in. NO appraisal, just some schmuck trying to sell us a car. more

Out of town buyers beware!!! Do not trust anything they tell you. Check everything out for yourself!! I decided to buy a car here from out of state because the specific BMW I was looking for was hard to find anywhere near me. I wanted a specific color and I wanted navigation. When I called about the car, I was directed to Jennifer. She stated that the car had navigation, premium package, etc. I had a private mechanic go check out everything and once it was clear, we booked the plane tickets and headed to Austin. I started reading the car description online and couldn't find anywhere that it said it had navigation so we called again the day before flying out just to double check and Jennifer said she had the keys to the car and would go check. We got no call back so we called back and she said YES it definitely had navigation. When we arrived and got in the car, there DEFINITELY was NOT navigation. Jennifer who we had spoken to was nowhere to be seen but another salesman, Carlos, was the one helping us. We told him we were a little upset and felt like they lied just to get us here. He stated that the car didn't have navigation but it is display ready( which it is not, we took to a BMW dealership and they said it'll cost $4000+ to install it). He also told us that Jennifer wouldnt have gone to check the car for us because she doesn't work at the location and she isn't a salesperson (so why LIE and say you did check it??! Why not tell us you're not a salesperson??..like I was supposed to know this since she was the one I was directed to!) I asked to speak to a manager and they gave me the run around..I never got to speak to the manager. You think a good manager would come and apologize at the least!! Especially when we flew all the way there. Nope!! Some customer service, huh?? They ended up coming a whopping $300 off the price of the car. This wasn't about the money-a simple apology or acknowledgement of us being mislead would have been acceptable for me. The only apology I got was from Carlos, but even he didn't seem to believe that we were specifically told it had navigation. He kept saying we should have known since it didn't say it had navigation online. But when someone who works there tells you it does, then what??Do not trust anything they tell you-it seems that they are just trying to get the sale and not really caring about their customers!!! Otherwise, I love the car!! It would have been nice to know it did not have the navigation I was specifically looking for though!! I am very glad we did not finance the car through them, I can't imagine what other problems we would have had!! more

Do not buy a car from these people. They take advantage of those with poor credit and sell cars with mechanical problems. They will not let you return the car and you are stuck with a lemon. They just want money, and don't care about the customers. more

Very Happy to say I finally found a Car Dealership that I felt comfortable, not rushed or pressured, and I feel they will treat me the same after the sale. Charles Holmes did a great job finding me the right vehicle and got me in and out in no time... Very efficient dealership that seem to run as a team. I am sending a good friend of mine to Dream Cars to buy her next car soon! more

I want to start off by thanking Micah and Alex for all their help. I first went in by myself and was immediately treated with respect and no pressure. Micah showed me a couple of low mileage vehicles that would fit my price range, however I was on my lunch break and wasn't ready to make a final decision. No problem. Two days later I received a call from Alex and he felt that they had a couple more options that would fit my needs. My son and I went to look at what they had and I found a beautiful 2010 Impala. The following evening my husband and I went to finalize the paperwork and not only did they offer us great service, but came in BELOW the budget I had set for our payment! Awesome. I would recommend any one who is looking for a great quality used car to not buy anything until you have been to Dream Cars. Professional, Polite, No Pressure Car Salesmen! IF you have bad credit and are looking for a vehicle you can get all of that at Dream Cars Austin. I went in very worried but Alex my sales consultant help me through every step of the way and now I am a very happy dream cars customer. I recommend everybody to dream cars austin just make sure you ask for alex. more

I went in to see about a BMW 7 series that I saw online and wanted. My sales person and I drove it and I fell in love with it immediately. He shared with me that he was not here for him self but more here for me and he would accomadate me on anything whether it be price or a great financing package. After all said in done alex got me everything I wanted but as I was waiting for the financing to come back I saw that they had a 5 series that I liked better. Alex is amazing sales person and didn't rush me and wasn't pushy and I got the dream car that I wanted. These guys are amazing I am going to refer friends and family to them for here on out. I typically hate car and bed shopping. Juan Herrera at Dream Cars made my experience the best! Ladies, don't go anywhere else, trust me! I had been looking for a new car since January, and in the process of finding that perfect vehicle, I couldn't have been any luckier then to have met a great, if not the best, car salesman, Josh, as well as the rest of the crew at Dream Cars Credit!! I had friends tell me that they recommended me not buy a car from them because of X, Y, and Z reasons. However, I went anyways in search of that dream car I had been looking for... And trust me, I'm was a picky person from everything to color, features, etc. I gave Josh a hard time, yet he made the whole, complete car buying experience how I intend all future purchases to be (hopefully at Dream Cars Credit, again). Dealing with Josh has been a pleasure, I didn't feel pressured by any means, it was just another 1-on-1 conversation that was relaxed, yet professional. Hello i want to tell you about the time I had at\ Dream Cars Credit. For starters they have the best service i have seen at a dealership and I have been to a few. They are very nice and dont treat you like they need the sale they treat you like they care about you I truley felt welcomed and very respected. Its not all about the money there its about finding the right car for you and that is exactly what Juan did for me. I purchased a 2011 Chevy HHR SUV it is exactly what I wanted and it fits my budget.
