Austins Best Car Buying Experience 7/30/2010

I GOT MY TAHOE FROM DREAM CARS. JOHN GARCIA WAS A GREAT HELP FROM FINDING THE VEHICLE TO ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. TODD CAME IN AND HELPED ME FEEL EVEN MORE COMFORTABLE IN MY DECISION. Yay! I got the car I wanted! 7/30/2010

I called into Dream Cars, Todd answered the phone. He was able to take my application over the phone right then, saving me a step when I got there. Juan helped me out when I was at the dealership as well. I am proud of my new car. Thanks to Todd and Juan I was able to get the car I love! I was looking for a car and i could not believe how i was treated at car lots in San Antonio in Austin for the weekend and stopped by Dream Cars Credit they had a large selection and all the cars looked in excellent condition. The reason why I say the best in Austin is because I have been looking for this BMW for a while now. I called ahead of time spoke with Todd, I didn't feel pressured to make a move till I was ready. Being that I had been looking for this BMW for a while I hung up with Todd and drove to dreamcars, It was such a good deal I drove home that day in my long awaited BMW! Everything was superior at Dream Cars in every way. The sales staff was friendly, especially Renee- the deal went smoothly. They didn't mind all my calls and questions during my shopping. They made sure that everything was right before the deal was complete. Only drawback is that they are way out on 290 but they are worth the drive !! more

DCC provides an outstanding example of what a good dealership should be. I have credit issues, and Renee and the entire staff went out of their way to help me. My buying experience was outstanding; rather than spending the entire day at the dealership as I expected, I was in and out within just a few hours. I am a customer for life. more

We got an amazing deal on my new car which I absolutely love. Our salesperson Renee was very helpful. He was honest with us and I felt that he genuinely had our best interest in mind the entire time. He did not pressure us into anything and he made sure that we would make a decision that we felt good about. He made the stressful experience of buying a car a lot less stressful and a lot of fun. When the time comes, I have all intentions of coming here to buy my next car !! more

Austin Dream Cars 5/29/2010

I wanted something that would accommodate my husband and me. Not too small for him and not too big for me, so I searched for an SUV. Perusing the internet, I found their website and loved it! There was no need to look anywhere else. After confirming with Rene what their address was, we went in. What a really nice guy! Rene made us feel like old friends at a bbq catching up on old times. He was very energetic ! I would highly recommend him to do business with. I can assure you my experience with this dealership was smooth sailing. They were all very nice, and I would like to think honest people. more

Juan and the staff at Dream Cars were very professional in all aspects of my car shopping experience. Many dealerships are leery of having a third party examine their lot vehicles but Dream Cars were open and okay with everything. Liars and scammers 5/4/2010

At the end of 2009, I got approved for a loan at Dream Cars Credit. I was interested in 3 specific vehicles - a Mercedes, a Lexus, and a Land Rover. I was assured before driving all the way out there that the cars were on the lot. I got there and NONE of the cars were there! All had been sold. They tried to push me into buying a Pontiac or a Chrysler and became rude when I wasn't interested. I should have learned my lesson, but... Cons: EVERYTHING more
