The staff at Dream Cars Credit are so great. All of the promises that they state on their website they do try to keep.
They really do work with you if you have any credit issues and they treat everyone with respect and they are all so friendly. It's not just lip service. John Martin and John Garcia were so great and worked hard to find me the best deal possible.
My salesmen, T.O. & Renee, were so super nice to me and extremely helpful and made me feel right at home.
I'm very happy with my car --2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser.

Unfortunately, I need to amend my review and take away two stars (changed rating from a 5 to a 3). I realized that the turn signals were not working by the time I got home on Friday. I couldn't go back to the dealership right away because I had to get back to work...I was told it would take an hour to sign all of the paper work and I was there for over 2 hours on Friday.
I called and finally got my sales rep on the phone and told him about the turn signals...it wasn't the fuses, and it wasn't a bulb...there was no power....he got me set up to bring in my car at 4:30pm for Monday
What they don't tell you when you finance your car with them is that they install a GPS system. I don't mind the GPS, but I had to wait for them to install it. They knew I was coming in at 9am on Friday...this should have been done before I got there.
Also, they did not fill up the gas tank...they gave half a tank...most dealerships will fill up the tank for you.
A belt started squeaking intermittently on Saturday.
When I took my car in, they got the turn signal issue resolved...there was someone else there who purchased their car on Saturday, and it needed to be inspected...something else they should have done....
SO...if you do business with them, make sure you have a friend with you to verify the signals work and if something is goofy on the car...call them right away.
When my sales rep mentioned the belt, and then told me it wasn't covered under my warranty...I was skeptical only because they don't give you any paperwork when they send you out the door...it's a whirlwind...so make them slow down and be sure you get all of your questions answered before you leave....make them photocopy the warranty for you in advance...I have to wait on my paperwork to see mine.
Unfortunately, I'm skeptical that I'll get the time of day the next time I call...I'm really hesitant to take my car over there for repairs now...I don't trust that their mechanics know what they're doing...They skimp on so many things (just take a look at the building their offices are in...a bit shabby)...I'd rather take my car to a reliable mechanic and KNOW my car will be properly repaired.
So, my suggestion is ""proceed with caution.""
Pros: Good customer service
Cons: Short-term financing / Paperwork Via Mail / They rush you
