Dustin Was professional, answered all questions, explained anything I asked about. After talking to him I have decided to consider the Plumbing contract offered by your company. He looked at my water heater and said it was in good condition and worth having it flushed which was something I did not think would be the case. more

He provided great service to me last week. He educated me on proper filter replacement and he hosed off my AC unit to free it of debris. I asked him a question about my gas fireplace and he showed me the problem and he made a note in my account to fix it in the fall. He’s the best more

Dustin H -great service 3/23/2018

My wife and I appreciate Dustin for his thorough review of our basement pumps. He took pictures to have on file for future use and also explained to us why he thought the ejector pump was running more often. It was due to the new heating/cooling system which is emptying water/condensation from both the heater and humidifier into the ejector sump. more

I feel like I can trust Efficient systems to do the work that is needed and not upsell me with extras not needed. I think their prices are very fair . They were on time and did a great job. It was a small space to work but he figured it out! Highly recomend. more

Great Service 3/2/2018

Dustin from Efficient Systems came out to do routine maintenance on our furnace. He did find one issue with it and did a good job of explaining the problem and recommending a repair. I've used Efficient Systems for the past couple of years now and Dustin as well as the other team members have been great to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others. more

Exceptionally quick and professional service 2/5/2018

The ejector pit pump in our basement failed a few days ago, stating a foul odor. After suspecting the cat first -- her littler box is downstairs -- we realized it was the pump. We called Efficient systems on Sunday afternoon, had Rob visit us by evening, and recommend pump replacement. On Monday late morning, Dustin H came by, did a fantastic job of replacing the pump and also walked me through some of the things to watch out for. I am very happy with the efficient systems service, and Dustin H's skills and professionalism. more

Seasonal Inspection and Maintenance of HVAC and heat pump 1/25/2018

Dustin was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what the inspection and maintenance involved, gave me some tips for getting the best performance out of my system, and, most importantly, did not try to sell me anything. Mine is an old system so he could have tried to sell me a new system or new expensive parts but assured me that all is working well. The price was reasonable. more
