FANTASTIC SERVICE 2/27/2019

Mitchell gave us a quote for many necessary repairs for a new work location. He was thorough, honest and very easy to work with. Upon scheduling, he was ready and the tasks at hand were completed without issue to myself or my team. We now have a working kitchen and the bathrooms are ready and safe for use. We appreciated the attention so much, due to Mitchell and his service, we are going to contract the company for complete PM and repair issues. more

Great Listener 2/14/2019

Kevin not only did a good job on the maintenance of my HVAC system, but he listened to my concern about the options related to the annual service contract. He got on the phone with the office and worked out a deal that took into account the multi-year service contract with a large up-front payment. Made the experience something work noting! Corey more

Excellent service 1/25/2019

Ryan called before arriving and upon entering the house he donned shoe covers and started to work. Ryan was personable, clean, and friendly. He asked pertinent questions and resolved the problem which he thoroughly explained both the issue and the fix. Great job! more

Kevin did a great job installing our toilet, which is a wall-mount unit, and caulking our shower. He didn't leave a mess and completed the job in a timely fashion. He was friendly as well. more

adam spent approx. 2 hours servicing 2 units and explained his findings and possible problems and the cost of replacing the part - his servicing job was a complete opposite of the guy who serviced the units in the spring who perhaps spent ten minutes at most and said everything was good -I would give adam a 10 out of 10 for a score more

Immediate lack of heat solved, but WAITING ON MANUFACTURER SOLUTION 1/14/2019

We have no complaints with the staff at Efficient. They have always responded immediately to problems with the heating unit in our family room, and no charge, except our TIME, which is priceless. Mitchell's service was A+ as we expected. Now if we can get the Manufacturer to replace this NEW unit that keeps breaking down. At this point, they are getting a C sliding down fast. Efficient is dealing with Manufacturer, which is great, but we are wondering when the next breakdown will occur. Way too much trouble for the cost of the heating unit, $3,000. More later after we see if the Manufacturer is willing to stand by their product like Efficient Systems do. more

Continues to impress 12/28/2018

Efficient Systems continues to do a great job. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us back in April and we were very impressed with both the service and the product. Efficient most recently came back for routine maintenance on our furnace. Adam called 30 minutes before the appointment to let us know he was on his way. He was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. Just like they promised after installing our new HAVAC system. They provide a checkup on the system and even changed the filter (I had previously purchased) and hauled the old one away. I can't say enough about how well my systems been working and now I can rest assured it will continue to work well. more

Furnace and A/C Replacement 10/29/2018

Efficient Systems was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I am glad he did. Sean provided a fair cost estimate. He answered every question and addressed every concern. Brian and Lawrence installed the system. Their experience and skill was obvious. They did not stop till the work was complete. The furnace and A/C were both installed in 1 day. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company. more
