Great Service! 6/5/2019

I needed someone to come out to check on the HVAC flue pipe that was coming out of our roof when roofers were installing a new roof my house. They came over within a few hours of my call and checked everything out that day so that the roofers could continue the job. THANK YOU!!!! more

Efficient System and their technician was great as always. For 3 years now, they have serviced and maintained my Heating and cooling needs, they have surpassed other companies I have previously used. It was actually Brett that came to do maintenance check on our furnace and air conditioner, but his name was not an option. Anyway, Brett was extremely thorough and professional, he was here a good 3 hours just to make sure all was good. I was very impressed. more

Adam did an excellent job on my air conditioner and boiler. He called to remind me of my appointment and showed up on time. WATER HEATER WARRANTY REPLACEMENT 4/4/2019

EVEN AFTER WARRANT EXPIRED AFTER 1 YEAR, EFFICIENT SYSTEMS REPLACED MY WATER HEATER AFTER 1 YEAR OF THE WARRANT EXPIRING.....THEY WORKED WITH ME AND THE SUPPLIER TO REPLACE IT AFTER HEARING CONSTANT NOISE WHEN HEATING UP......THEY WERE GREAT....SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID GREAT WORK...I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.....GREAT JOB!! more

Reported 2 lights not working,..required 3 trips and service call charges ($95*3=$285) to fix it. 1st one determined the lights didn't work--$95 service call--tenant said she told him she only had a brief time for the call and says he told her it would only take 1/2 hr. or so; 2nd one repaired line from switch to light--another $95 service call + repairs--tenant reported light blew out right away and when she went to change it, it was very hot; had to call them back; 3rd one put in a new circuit for the light--another $95 service call + repairs. No "sorry about that and let's waive the service charges for 2nd and 3rd trip" or sorry for the inconvenience. Might consider double checking amps, etc. before leaving. more
