The ejector pit pump in our basement failed a few days ago, stating a foul odor. After suspecting the cat first -- her littler box is downstairs -- we realized it was the pump. We called Efficient systems on Sunday afternoon, had Rob visit us by evening, and recommend pump replacement. On Monday late morning, Dustin H came by, did a fantastic job of replacing the pump and also walked me through some of the things to watch out for. I am very happy with the efficient systems service, and Dustin H's skills and professionalism.
