Review content:
We have no complaints with the staff at Efficient. They have always responded immediately to problems with the heating unit in our family room, and no charge, except our TIME, which is priceless. Mitchell's service was A+ as we expected. Now if we can get the Manufacturer to replace this NEW unit that keeps breaking down. At this point, they are getting a C sliding down fast. Efficient is dealing with Manufacturer, which is great, but we are wondering when the next breakdown will occur. Way too much trouble for the cost of the heating unit, $3,000. More later after we see if the Manufacturer is willing to stand by their product like Efficient Systems do.
