Absolutely the best. 12/17/2019

Over the years I have dealt with many service people in my home. Efficient Systems folks (Adam & Chuck) are the most friendly, honest and pleasant I have had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. After having Chuck replace 1 socket and two light fixtures in my home, there was a problem with one light. I was told that Adam would have to come over and troubleshoot the electrical to find the problem. This could take up to 5 hours. At $125 an hour this was a little worrisome. However, Adam shows promptly on time and first checked the troublesome fixture. The problem was a wire that had slipped off the connection. He reattached the wire (5 minutes tops) and it worked fine. He checked with the office to see if there would be a service call charge and I was told "NO CHARGE". My point here is that it would have been very easy for him to crawl around my house take some hours and 500 or so dollars later I would have not known the difference. As they say actions speak louder than words. So from now on if I need work done I know who to trust and who I will call. more

Maintenance check success 10/28/2019

Our furnace died in April 2018 when I was 9 months pregnant. I had read reviews online and we had 3 different estimates given to us. We decided to go with Efficient due to customer service, price, and quality of products. I have never had a bad experience with Efficient. The most recent visit was for a furnace check up before the cold comes. The service man was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We are so glad we chose Efficient when it came to our heating/air conditioning needs! more

Efficient Systems Service Review 10/12/2019

Heat not coming out of furnace on morning of Saturday 10/12.I called Efficient Systems and was told tech would call me back. Probably less than 20 minutes later the tech Josh called me back and stated he would be at my home in 45 minutes. He arrived on time. He was able to fix problem in less than 5 minutes. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. He showed me the issue and told me what he did to resolve. Furnace is working fine now. Josh did a great job. more

Great service! 9/20/2019

Thanks to Efficient Systems and Adam for their speedy service. Our AC stopped working last night. I gave a call to ES this morning, Adam showed up after couple of hours, he fixed problem and now we have again nice, cool air filling our home. more

We needed to identify electrical issues. External lights were not working. Efficient was able to come to the house quickly. Ryan identified issues with a couple of the electrical systems. He had to re-wire some of the lights. Thanks for your help. Lights are working. more

Fantastic Team!! 8/2/2019

My daughter moved 2 1/2 hours away and needed a new chord installed on her dryer. the apt complex maint guy was a jerk. I called efficient systems and they were incredibly helpful. They got the job done quickly and at a fair price. Dwight was incredibly friendly and even hooked up the dryer vent for her without her asking. The service writer said it best, "we dads have to stick together". I would give these guys 10 stars if I could!! more

Air conditioning went out and called in am. Dwight came out in a few hours and got me through a very hot weekend. Recommended a new system. Decided price was right, was given credit for weekend call. Dwight and his partner put in the new system, explained everything to me, cleaned up, and were finished in about 5 hours more
