Good Work But Some Scheduling Issues. 6/26/2018

We have used Effective Air for a couple years now and have pretty much had no issues with them besides our most recent appointment with them. I pay for a service contract with them so whenever we need maintenance and/or service in general, we give them a call and we are able to arrange a time for them to come out to get the work done. Recently, we scheduled a maintenance appointment about 3 months in advance but when it was the day that we scheduled they canceled on us 3 minutes before the service time. They told us they had a lot of emergency calls and couldn't get to us, which I completely understand. However, they tried to reschedule my appointment for several weeks out, this did not work for me and luckily they were able to find a spot in their schedule for us 2 days later. The guys that came out were great and knew what they were doing. They were able to quickly solve our issue and get our unit back to good shape. I will definitely be using them again but hopefully, we don't have anymore scheduling issues. more

I'm sure the serviceman knows what he's doing but after doing extensive evaluation on what was the issue he was rather timid on making recommendations on how to proceed. more

I would definitely recommend Effective Air to other people because my experience with the company has been consistently positive. One of our air conditioning units was malfunctioning, so one of the employees had to come out and replace a part. The gentleman was very informative and he let me know what he was doing. He showed up right on time and he cleaned everything up at the end of the day. I have used them in the past, and I would continue to do so in the future. Five stars all around! more

Above and beyond my expectations 6/7/2018

I recently had a wonderful experience with Effective Air. I was concerned about the need to replace my aging HVAC but Gary found a very minor problem with the thermostat and everything is working beautifully! I also mentioned how the kids' bedrooms upstairs did not get as much air and he had a couple of ideas that have helped tremendously, free of charge! He was patient, answered all of my questions, provided thorough explanations and recommendations verbally and in writing. Thank you!! more

Friendly, Honest, and Well Priced 5/15/2018

Effective Air was just here for my bi-annual maintenance where they come and inspect the air conditioner and they noticed that there was a component that was not working. They were able to swap it out right then and there, so my AC will be working this summer when I need it. I think the pricing is reasonable for what the service is. They're very friendly, honest, and well priced. more
