Of course, we had to have a problem with our air conditioner during one of the warmest spells of this summer. By the time we realized we had a problem and called for help, the office was closed. The emergency service contacted the on-call technician who, in turn, immediately, called us back. He set up a time, came to our home, diagnosed the problem, and got us cooled down.
