Review content:
We have used Effective Air for a couple years now and have pretty much had no issues with them besides our most recent appointment with them. I pay for a service contract with them so whenever we need maintenance and/or service in general, we give them a call and we are able to arrange a time for them to come out to get the work done. Recently, we scheduled a maintenance appointment about 3 months in advance but when it was the day that we scheduled they canceled on us 3 minutes before the service time. They told us they had a lot of emergency calls and couldn't get to us, which I completely understand. However, they tried to reschedule my appointment for several weeks out, this did not work for me and luckily they were able to find a spot in their schedule for us 2 days later. The guys that came out were great and knew what they were doing. They were able to quickly solve our issue and get our unit back to good shape. I will definitely be using them again but hopefully, we don't have anymore scheduling issues.
