Best

Mike really went above and beyond for me. I didn't have a lot of money and he did everything he could to get my repairs in my budget. Thank you for not only being a great manager ...

Worst

Fine Job 2/29/2012

I took my car to Edwards in Greenwood and the managers and employees did a fine job. I only had good experiences and didn't have any problems. The car was done on time and at the cost they told me. Didn't know what to expect, but it went well. If I have any other car problems, I?ll go back there without a doubt. Great. more

Great Service 2/15/2012

When I went to Edwards, my car really needed help. Jay at the Castleton location was very helpful and made sure everything was done right. I?ll send anyone there. more

HIghly Recommended 2/15/2012

I’ve already recommended Edwards to my friends. That’s how satisfied I was with the service. A 10 out of 10. more

Fixed My Car 2/1/2012

I had a pleasant experience at Edwards. The cost was less that I expected. And it was done earlier as well. And I was pleased with the outcome. The car runs well. I'll keep going to them. more

Good people 11/22/2011

I have a company in Indy and we have used Edward's for years. I was just there last week, Rich told me everything I need to make a good decision, when I did, he took care of my problem in a very proffessional and timely manner more

Nice guys 7/11/2011

I called up to make an appointment and it was easy, I didnt know what was wrong with my car,it would not go in reverse.I figured it would be big bucks.Nope , they just changed some thing on my cars computer and it was only $250. The car runs great. I recommend these guys.this was at the Keystone store more

Better than I expectd 4/27/2011

I had seen these reviews ,but needed to get my transmission fixed. Edwards was close by. I have to be honest, I was nervious, but I was surprised that they did a good job. The manager who worked wiht me was a great guy. I was at the Keystone store since I live in Broad Ripple. Th eprice was good ,but most of all they told me everything that woudl go on and it did. The car a 1988 Buick is running great. I guess that everyone has bad days, but Edwards did a good job for me. I woudl reccomend them to my friends. BTW, is that really Ed's mom? more

Never ever again 11/26/2010

If i could give them a 0 i would. They charged me almost 400 dollars to pull the transmission of my truck, i can see that. They tell me the torque converter is bad. Ok maybe.... Then they say for a new transmission it'll be 2500, for a rebuilt one it'll be 1800, to fix ONE part it'll be 1575.... So now i realize that the truck is definitely not worth fixing. I decided to part with it but before i do i go on a hunch. I stopped by Hobbes automotive. I tell them all of this and they look at me like I'm a little abused puppy. They tell me that they never had to take the transmission out, that i never had to pay the nearly 400 dollars. That they can fix the problem for under 500 dollars total. Thats a huge difference in my book. Not to mention the customer NO service i got. more

Ed's mom should have taught him something 11/5/2009

I took my truck there about a year ago, and decided to spend 2300 dollars to get it rebuilt. They wanted 3200 for a replacement, but I figured I would only have the truck 3 more years. The truck had only been driven 5-6k miles since then, and already there is a burnt smell. It shifts horribly and there is a winding sound. Even with the 1 year warranty (which is expired) I would not have taken it back. It only took a couple weeks, but it should last long than 5-6k miles. The truck was never under any load either. I feel their work is sub par and should have taken it else where. more

Worst experience of our auto-lives 3/6/2009

Our car has been in and out of this store 5 times, for the same problem. Not only that, but they keep it for an average of 1 month at a time. I understand that some cars are more of an issue than others (we have a Saab [problem car, we know]) but you would think that after they failed the first couple of times that we would get some priority. We have spent hundreds on rentals and have had to walk (it's winter)several other times when we could not afford to pay for the rental. Literally, they have had our car (it's still there) for a total of just over 5 months! We have tried to call to see the status...""so and so is looking at it now, we'll call you back"". No call back. Rarely have they called us with up to date info or status. Many times they have told us that someone was looking at it but when we drive by we see the car in the same (outside) spot that it has been since it was brought there. They have told us many times that it would be ready by ""tomorrow"" and then they blame everyone else for it not being ready..(delivery trucks, parts people, weather, etc.) They even called my girlfriend (owner of car) and accused her of driving it wrong! Well, now they say that Saab has been sending them malfunctioning parts. They say it will be ready by Monday, March 9. that will make it 3 weeks and 5 days in the shop (this time). It won't be ready. We asked the older employee there if there was anyone ahead of Robert that we could talk to. He said ""just Edward and Edward does not have a contact number"". come to find out, there is someone else in charge. Their website offers no contact info for the main office or for complaints or comments. GO FIGURE! Worst experience ever with auto repair. Go to Joe's Batteries down the road. more
