Our car has been in and out of this store 5 times, for the same problem. Not only that, but they keep it for an average of 1 month at a time. I understand that some cars are more of an issue than others (we have a Saab [problem car, we know]) but you would think that after they failed the first couple of times that we would get some priority. We have spent hundreds on rentals and have had to walk (it's winter)several other times when we could not afford to pay for the rental. Literally, they have had our car (it's still there) for a total of just over 5 months! We have tried to call to see the status...""so and so is looking at it now, we'll call you back"". No call back. Rarely have they called us with up to date info or status. Many times they have told us that someone was looking at it but when we drive by we see the car in the same (outside) spot that it has been since it was brought there. They have told us many times that it would be ready by ""tomorrow"" and then they blame everyone else for it not being ready..(delivery trucks, parts people, weather, etc.) They even called my girlfriend (owner of car) and accused her of driving it wrong! Well, now they say that Saab has been sending them malfunctioning parts. They say it will be ready by Monday, March 9. that will make it 3 weeks and 5 days in the shop (this time). It won't be ready. We asked the older employee there if there was anyone ahead of Robert that we could talk to. He said ""just Edward and Edward does not have a contact number"". come to find out, there is someone else in charge. Their website offers no contact info for the main office or for complaints or comments. GO FIGURE! Worst experience ever with auto repair. Go to Joe's Batteries down the road.
