buddy was absolutely amazing, he was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction and it was kinda funny that we were able to carry on a conversation about the technical stuff on my car. he was super friendly and very sweet on teh ride back to my house. thanks buddy! more

I just want to say that Rich is a God send. He went over and beyond to assist me getting my transmission repaired.Even through his recovery(which he was always in my prayers) he still reminded so very customer friendly and understanding. I will be forever grateful to have met him and he not only blessed my life but restored my belief that there is still true customer service! Job well done and Edward's Transmission has a faithful customer here and I will be recommending your services to everyone I know!! more

I havnet gotten my car fixed at the shop yet but I do intend on bringing it back once I save up enough money, the guys there were super friendly and it was nice to go to a place where I didn't feel like i was pressured to do anything right that second. Matt thank you for understanding my financial situation and because of that I will most certainly be brining my car to you once I have saved up enough money! more

the price was more than i could have done it for but honestly who has a lift and the free time to pull out a transmission, rebuild it, and put it back in? the price was fair, just more than I could have done it myself for but I do understand you have to pay the mechanics. more

i just wanted to say thank you to buddy, i appreciate all your help with my vehcile. I was a bundle of nerves when I brought my car in, I was just sure that that clunking noise was the end of my poor baby after everything we had been through I just couldn't stand to see her go. You told me that it wasn't even that big of a deal that a simple fix would have my baby back on the raod and you were right! thanks again so much buddy you saved my car! more

there were a few things that I didnt care fora bout the shop but the overall experience was pleasent. I think that the shop and the mechanics could have been a little cleaner, I know it's a transmission shop but the floors were a bit dirty. I can't give the place a five star rating because it did need to be cleaned a little but the mechanics did a great job fixing my car so i guess that's what relaly matters. they were friendly so I'll give them a four and if the place had been cleaned a little more often I would have given them a five star rating without a second though. more

I see all these reviews about rich being such a great guy but when I went there I was surprised to find a man named mark there to help me. I'm not complaining in the slightest, mark was a super help and greeted me immediatly when I walked into the shop I was just expecting a rich lol. Anyways, the car was making this god awful noise every time I turned a corner and it had been doing it for awhile but it had just recently gotten much much much much worse lol. I guess it turned out to be someting with the suspension but it was actually pretty cheap to fix it but mark told me it was good that i brought it in when i did becasue i could have done more damage!!! thanks mark for all your help and tell those guys in the back they did a fantastic job! more

the work the shop did was fantastic, it was quick and precise and finanically didnt break me lol. Granted there was a bit of grease on the seat but they cleaned it immediatly once it was noticed and other than that it was a pretty good repair. more

For the most part I was satisfied with the work done at edwards transmissions. the mechanics there did a great job on my vehicle and the price although not amazing under eveyrone else was atleast comparible if not a little cheaper. The only thing I really have to complain about is that it took a little longer to fix the vehicle than I expected but they were nice enough to set me up with enterprise so that I was still able to meet all my obligations while my vehicle was in the hsop. more

I appreicate his honesty when it came to my vehicle and the fact that he was able to give me several different pricing points was beyond my expectations to say the least. Rich and the guys 5/8/2012

Rich and the guys are just the greatest guys in town, they fixed my car quick and cheap and were polite the entire time. I was worried that someone might try to pull the wool over my eyes on my car but Rich made sure that I knew everything that was going on with my car and how long it would take them to fix it.The car has been running great ever since the guys at edwards fixed it and to be honest their price was better than all the other shops I called. I can't think of a single thing that I could possibly complain about with these guys, they did a superior job at a cheaper price, what more could you ask for? more

I would just like to thank rich and buddy for the ride home. These guys were not only helpful but very polite in a very stressful time. I was worried that I would be taken advantage but Rich and buddy were very honest and helped me with everything during the repair process. My car will definitely be returning to edwards for any future repairs and I'll make sure tha tall my friends know how great of a job they did!!! more

Worst place 2 get your transmission fixed 5/5/2012

I had a transmission rebuilt from Edward transmission a bout' 20 mouth ago and guess what? I need to have my transmission rebuilt again. My brother-in-law works at a trans shop and he took my trans out and told me that edward use very bad after maket part that right part! he said the trans was not competely rebuilt so they charge me $2800 for a part. so dont make the same mistake i did. And one more thing i only had a 12mo12,000miles warr. i put 8,531 miles on my car. more

Problem Solved 3/29/2012

Edward’s took care of our problems and we will gladly come back. The issue was more complicated than we thought, but the issue is resolved and Jay at Castleton was very professional and my son is back in his car. I am happy with how this all went. more
