If i could give them a 0 i would. They charged me almost 400 dollars to pull the transmission of my truck, i can see that. They tell me the torque converter is bad. Ok maybe.... Then they say for a new transmission it'll be 2500, for a rebuilt one it'll be 1800, to fix ONE part it'll be 1575.... So now i realize that the truck is definitely not worth fixing. I decided to part with it but before i do i go on a hunch. I stopped by Hobbes automotive. I tell them all of this and they look at me like I'm a little abused puppy. They tell me that they never had to take the transmission out, that i never had to pay the nearly 400 dollars. That they can fix the problem for under 500 dollars total. Thats a huge difference in my book. Not to mention the customer NO service i got.
