Their office personnel were very communicative throughout, giving us reassurance that Edison H/C was handling our overall transaction without any negligence or the need for "pulling teeth" on the part of the customer. Their service technicians were punctual, very courteous and, for the most part, performed a clean and careful installation of all equipment.
