Professional Workmanship! 9/2/2015

I am well pleased with the professionalism of the work crew. Eddie H and Dan J arrived on time and discussed the different alternatives how pipes supposed to be laying out before installing my furnace. Their Work was very clean and well done. The next day, I was very impressed with Joe A and Scott who installed my attic fan within half hour. Another neat work was done professionally. Well done, Edison Heating! Keep up the good work! more

I was greatly impressed with the professionalism of Edison Heating and Cooling. They were extremely punctual, helpful, polite, and (most importantly) competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Your salesman (Mark) and installation team (Les and Ramsey) were clearly well-versed in the field and executed a seamless and stress-free installation of my new unit more

Edison Heating and Cooling you are the Best ! 8/26/2015

With the first appointment we had with Mark Smith at the beginning of August through the installation date the whole process was above our expectations ! that day we had three installers Joe A, Brian and Dan came as expected 1st thing in the morning and by 3:30 the whole job was done perfectly from removing the old Furnace and A/C to installing the New units. VERY HAPPY WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND more

Fast response, good price, professional workers 8/18/2015

Our AC unit died after 15 years. We called Edison Heating and Cooling. Their sales rep came out the next day and discussed our options and pricing. The unit was replaced two days later. The AC technicians were professional and the work was well done. The electrician identified and corrected an issue with the wiring to the unit. Both the installation supervisor and sales rep stopped in during the replacement to check on how things were going. Overall we were very pleased with the company and everyone involved. more

Very pleased with Edison. After one week of installation everything is running as expected. 7/27/2015

Sales representative was clear and went to the point about my residence and the space needs; very different from competitors who spent my time trying to overvalue their work and their services to give at the end many discounts that would not even applied to the simple equipments I needed. Installation run as expected and both Faisan and Joe did a very good job. They completed Furnace, AC and Water Heater installation in less than 8 hours, leaving the place clean and organized. I was very pleased with their service. Equipment is running fine after 1 week of installation. I only wished I had had better understanding of options within the particular pieces of equipment available to make my decision easier. A client could spend more if better informed. But this is a problem of the industry and not just Edison's. more

I'm glad I chose Edison Heating and Cooling 7/21/2015

From sales through installation everything went smoothly. Once I made my decisions about what I wanted, they took care of every facet. The installation of a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater was completed in 2 days. They cleaned up the basement when they finished. Now, when I walk in from the 90 degree heat, all I can say is aaahhh! more

I was a supervisor for PSE&G for the better part of 42 years, therefore my observation skills are above average. I used my observation skills to make comments and judgments specific to time of arrival, initial staging, having everything needed to do the install from start to finish. Techs kept me informed re: status and progress. Job was well done. more

Excellent and professional job installing AC units 6/16/2015

We were very impressed with Edison's careful and perceptive analysis of our situation, and recommendation of the best course of action given unusual features of our dual systems. They installed two new ACs very quickly and professionally, and left the area very clean. We would be happy to use them again, and are recommending them to acquaintances. The work was not cheap, but not out of line either. more

Excellant 5/13/2015

I had a furnace installed by Edison heating, than a hot water heater, and now a new air conditioner. The salesman was very pleasant with no pressure to close the sale. The men who installed it were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. This is why we use Edison Heating and Cooling. more
