Excellent experience – I would recommend this company; sales rep was very through in explaining a complex new system and installation was done in one (long) day with a 3 man crew assisted by home office.
Review – Spending over $10K on a new heating and AC systems deserves careful consideration! My internet research pointed out you need a good installation team to reduce problems, most of which stem from the installation. Consequently, I wanted a mid to larger company with good resources. Our sale person Matt was excellent. He has decades of experience and knew all the options for available equipment, prices and rebates. Matt took measurements, dimensions and pictures that enable EH&C to send a team with all the equipment, including some custom parts to get the BIG job done in one long day. He also found us 3 excellent rebates which reduced our net cost by $2000.
The installation crew showed up early and worked late to get the job done. The head office was in touch and sent separate crews to pick up the old furnace and AC so the installers could focus on the new systems. Our sales person Matt came by to check that all aspects of the job including the new attic fan and a second floor sensor for temperature with a switch, so we could choose, was being installed. Later an installation manager Dave P. came to review the work and explain the second sensor.
The administration support at the main office is also terrific – I stopped by to ask a few question and the head of sales met me in the lobby and answered my questions. I called to follow up on rebates, which can take a while and Cindy P. was excellent, she check on the rebates, which were in process and will follow up until received.
Overall, an excellent purchase and installation experience with Edison Heating and Cooling I clearly would recommend this company!
