Highly Satisfied From Start To Finish 7/18/2017

I was very happy with how friendly and knowledgeable the installers were. They had the patience to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and show me physical examples of what was wrong with my previous system. They also taught me how to use my new system. Thank you! Our experience with Edison Heating & Cooling was exceptional! 6/21/2017

Our 18 year old central air conditioning system was beyond repair. We met with a number of HVAC companies, but Edison Heating & Cooling was above them all. Our sale representative (Gary B.) was professional and methodically assessed our needs. We were not given an "up sell" push, rather we were given 3 appropriate options for our budget price point. The installation was done beautifully, and the office staff is respectful, friendly, and professional. We were made to feel that our business was appreciated, and we now consider Edison Heating & Cooling as our "go to" HVAC provider. more

Everything went just as they said it would. Installers were 100% professional, educated at their job and left our home just as they found it. They were pleasant to deal with and extremely professional start to finish. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and we knew how to use the system. more

Excellent service 5/30/2017

From Gary in Sales through the the installation and management of the process with David, Edison heating and cooling was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble including the installation of two thermostats not related to the installation of our gas furnace, which proved to be much more time consuming and difficult than expected. I would highly recommend this team of professionals. more

Salesman Gary B. was on time, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Install team, Eddie H & Eddie C were great! Also on time, spent the day installing new A/C system and left the work area clean as if nothing had happened. Excellent experience. Would highly recommend Edison! more
